i’m 13 but the “i’m bored jar” really helped me out for entertainment when friends are over (obviously with age appropriate activities) i now have an i’m bored jar in my room ready for my next sleepover !!

I'm 12 and me and my friends are super inappropriate you must have really LAAAAAME friends and I mean SUPER LAME
@Lea-ml5un5 жыл бұрын
Kathlynn Hamlin if I were you, I wouldn’t say they have “Lame” friends. They might not enjoy the same things you and your friends do. Some would rather stay appropriate, and some would rather be challenging. I am on the challenging side with my bestfriend, and thought I might not understand why some would want to stay appropriate, we still have to respect their preferences. I’m sure they have really good friends and if the person likes these activities with their friends, then let them be. It is very rude to juste say that they friends are lame. Please, don’t judge too fast.

@@potatopotato4337 lame??? Girl i think your living in the wrong century who even says lame anymore and being inappropriate isnt really something to be proud about

Hi Emily ! I love your videos ,they are so helpful! I have 2 boys and a girl myself ! When my eldest boy Zach was younger, i used to use lots of these methods! Another one of my tips is for outside play. I let my children paint the fence with water 💧 This is really fun for then and mess free! Have fun with these beautiful boys 👦🏼 Love ,Georgia xx

These would be great ideas for when I'm babysitting my three nephews ranging between the ages of 2 and 6, since they don't really have much of a yard, but they can still have fun. They absolutely love it when I build a fort/den for them and at one point all three of them fell asleep in it while we were watching a movie. One of them will actually drag out every blanket he can find to use for the fort. It does make quite a mess when it's done but at least the boys have fun with it. They also like eating their snacks in it.

I fill my tub with balls and let them have their own ballbath it keeps them entertained for a while. I do a lot of arts and crafts with them because I am a visual artist ... and my husband plays guitar and they play with his instruments carefully on the sofa. I am far away and let them have their concert in the living room while I remain headache free by cleaning upstairs. Since my mum lives only 5 minutes away I take the bus when it's a really awful day and just being at their grandmother's house makes them so happy. My mother is only 45years old and very young at heart. And she uses tricks like the balloon tennis or asks them to help her with picking the dandelions in her garden.

Nutella for the biscuits is genius, definitely on the shopping list this week. An idea for the bored jar is to use colour paper for different categories. Great ideas! I’ve also done a scavenger hunt in the house on a rainy day. For the I’m bored jar, ours has chores in it. They have to pick out 1 each day anyway but if they complain of boredom then they get to pick another 😊. Going to save these ideas for half terms!
