I think most enthusiasts know to prime a new turbo.

I need help matching the right turbo to the VE of my motor. Hopefully the guys at the Turbosmart USA can do that for me especially since there are no boost maps on your website for each model.

I have a question regarding oil supply for ball bearings and shell bearings, it seems to be to much opinions in the web, I prefer to get this from you guys, what pressure is good for shell bearings, for the ball bearings turbo I know it is 40psi, but what about the shell fitted ones?

Honestly it depends on the manufacturer of the turbo and what pressure they would want to see feeding into their turbo. The OPR is set to regulate at 40PSI because 40PSI is the general consensus for the ideal oil feed pressure among turbo manufacturers.

Number 1 rule turbo must handle big dose nothing sounds better than big dose. I can't find a bov that sounds good. And change the oil filter with the oil.

Don't over pressurize your oil feed, get an oil pressure regulator

Isn’t there a built in restrictor? Most modern turbos have it integrated.
