@@nanapoku5259Absolutley! I purchased them on Amazon. Extra Strength Magnesium, 400 mg, Nature Made. I'm 54 and the menapause symptoms were out of control. Me and my poor husband were miserable (lol)! I did research and found that magnesium supplements help with the symptoms. I was desperate and tried them in February 2023. I feel WONDERFUL! The sweats still occur occasionally but not as severe. My mood and sleep has improved (husband agrres) my energy level is much better. I tell women the secret to menopause symptoms are: prayer, exercise (strength training, I lift 5lb weights daily. I keep it very simple), sleep and healthy diet. I'm not a doctor. I'm a Child Care Business Owner. You can make sis. You are not crazy. It is all hormonal. God bless you ABUNDANTLY NanaPoku!

Many of the facts that you share about nutrition and the actual way to maintain optimal health I already know and your sharing of these things validates that "knowing." since ive transitioned to plantbased using fasting and excercise ive overcome much mental and physical issues and lost over 80lbs in about a year and a half of the transistion. Ive eliminated alot of toxicity and felt much better and really changed as a person. As I said before ive exercised during the transition doing mainly yoga and breathwork and this has definitely assisted my mental and physical detox. To point out Im only 16 and alot of people around me think ive lost too much weight, at october 2021 I was at 202lbs and i last weighed myself at the doctors at june 2023 i was at just over 120lbs. Of course this even shocked me so nor the doctor or my family were not excactly positive about this, I do still think losing that excess weight was needed and i now follow a more structured eating and exercise regime using a 3 day cycle of increasing food intake and exercise and 3 days of decreased eating and exercise which ive been developing for just over a month. ive now decided i would like to build a stronger physique so the past 3 weeks ive started doing more exercise combining yoga with calisthenics and decided on my increased eating days to eat more than i have been. I grow a good bit of produce for myself but not enough to feed me year round just yet so im still working on a structured meal plan so if anyone has got suggestions please let me know. One thing I would like add is im much more sensitive to cold weather than i used to be and not sure exactly why. does anyone think this is a sign of a sort, of course I wont just rely on replies to conclude i will be doing research on this but i think this is a good place to ask.
