I just moved & I made sure my Swiss ball & TRX straps where walked over! Saddly the box in my current reads books went to storage. So this past month was all about my eReader & getting over the Libby audiobooks resistance... And a lot of podcasts!

Fast flutter kicks are an amazing exercise, it challenges even the most fit swimmers. Not for new to dryland swimmers, make sure you progress into it.

Wow, you make that flutter kick really easy 😆 I managed about 10 seconds. It's quite an awesome exercise though

Think of your legs as your propellors! Your kick speed can change your tempo, pace, and energy zones

11 good all you need is some core routines and JESUS/YESHUA/PRINCE OF PEACE/WONDERFUL COUNCILOR ect and you'll be just fine.
