Over the past year or so, a lot of people asked me to make a video on how I'm so happy and while I can't necessarily agree with that assumption that I'm happy all the time because nobody is and the constructed reality you're seeing from your favorite KZbinrs is far from the truth. I have days where I'll wake up and question everything and just feel like shit. So I finally decided to make this video, in hopes that someone can pull something from it. My goal is to convert one person into a puzzle doer.
These are 10 ways I get happy, and obviously there are many more. I tried to keep these realistic and somewhat generic so more people could relate to them.

Step one is so true. I always try to forget or avoid my problems, I can't face them and that's so painful. But now I know that life changes. You can't be happy all the time and you should just get use to it. Thank you so much for the advice. They are so meanful when they are given by a such a positive person. Stunning video ♥ I actually had tears in my eyes at the end. The part when you said you can feel yourself frowning and looking angry to the world really got to me because I find that happening a lot too. Sometimes just looking in the mirror and seeing a face that looks drained staring back at me is really terrifying. But I realise now that it's okay to feel sad. I keep telling myself that I will never allow myself to fall into depression, no matter how tough life gets. But sad is different, sad is temporary, sad will pass. What makes me happy is going out explore and take pictures. Painting and writing. Walking with my dog and reading a nice book. Also all these things you said in the video are super helpful. Especially puzzles are awesome. :D And planting is soooooo good. Like just creating things with your hands, seeing and realising something is growing and blooming just because of your hands is so amazing.

I know this may sound odd but sometimes when I catch myself feeling sad I do things to intensify my sadness..it's almost as if I enjoy the feeling of wallowing in self pity...an odd complex, but I'm working on it . And your last point is great, smile and the world is a little more brighter 😁
