I woke up one morning with severe EDEMA. The pain in my fingers was incredible. My fingers were turning blue and I couldn’t get my loose rings off. What the heck? I lived in Vail, CO and was a daily downhill skier and thought I would ski into my ‘70’s. Married to a diabetic couch potato who has lost his posture due to working 7 days a week on the friggen computer. I went Ketogenic Lifestyle by accident and lost 77 lbs in 4 months painlessly! Great info. I love physiotherapy! Much better than pain pills 💊! I hate them. I want to live the rest of my life with ZEST & cannot wait to work in the yard when I wake up! That was the younger me. Now I have neuropathy when sitting too long & balance issues. People think I am drunk when I get up after seated for long periods of time. I have a titanium & nickel implant in my right big toe due to taking a STATIN DRUG CALLED VYTORIN! It wasted my muscles away to the point of being violin 🎻 strings. This story is too long to explain. But you guys give me HOPE! Thank you 🙏 so very much! I am 68 years old now and refuse to live a long life, long in pain. I have always loved physical therapy after surgery, but hate appointments. Anything I can do at home I am on board. Keep the videos coming. I am so grateful!

Thank youuuuuu!!!!!!! OMG! I'm 41 and stand on my feet for 9hrs a day ×5 ..my feet have and lower legs have become the most abrasive and painful part of my life outside of work. One night, only one, first one!!! I watched your video and did the exercises and extensions as I sat and had a few drinks after work... OMGGG!!!!... When I got up to walk around.. (tears almost) THANK YOU!!!! The lumber legs and pain in my feet, GONE!!!! Walking like a normal human being, YESSSSSSSSSS!!! BLESSSS YALL!!! I AM SUBSCRIBED LOL! ❤

Thank you Bob & Brad. I did all these exercises after my total knee replacement on both knees. My right knee failed the first time. A qualified orthopaedic surgeon re-did my right knee. So, I know all the exercises you showed me. I will start doing them again!

I was playing soccer got this pain thought it was minor in my knee think I took a wrong turn so definitely the swelling was there I had a game in a week or two so I was worried but watched this video coz b4 I was forcing it the pain didn't go but when I tried those exercises I felt so relieved thanks guys real good stuff though my Doctor said I hv a tear along the anterior cruciate ligament don't know how to get passed that

I can remember in high school doing the toe raises for basketball we used a 4X4 put our toes and ball of foot on the timber a did the raises and this was with a weight jacket on. Now as I said this was high school and 50 years ago but I remember how it helped with the muscle extension and balances as we were required to stay on the balls of our feet to run and move. You definitely didn’t want to get caught standing flat footed. I absolutely love the show and the help I get from it especially at my age.

One of their best videos, in my opinion of course!!! I have the elliptical they showed, I am using it everyday for weeks. I have issues with one knee, hip and back. So far i can tolerate the exercise. I also foam roll the sides of knee and buttocks.

I've been diagnose with bone spurs, degenerating meniscus and bone spurs in both legs, one tear on the right and two on the left. I have unload two new complaints where for hours just the other day I had pain from my groan to my foot. Just radiating. Then last week when I try to stand up it was so painful right at the knee cap. Driving and trying to use my feet to scoot up in my seat also cause so much unbearable pain till I lift the left and just use the right to push up.

This is Timely! I recently have been diagnosed with CHF in the 20 / 25 percent ref. Edema is my number one problem right now, I have been doing the sit stands and leg extension but need to ramp it up I guess, walking for me is so fatiguing I can only do a little at a time. I found your channel and find it funny and informative, Thanks for the tips and detailed instructions. I have subscribed.

I do have a standing eliptical machine , may have spelled that wrong...i guess these exercises will help ? 6:34--- I NEED THE "GLIDE" MACHINE! I've been waiting 3 years for total knee replacement in both legs. I'm in constant pain and have swelling issues to the point that I can barely get out of bed. I don't know if they'll replace both knees at the same time but I'm starting to seriously consider it! I had other medical problems that stopped me from having the surgery. I am definitely going to need one of these lightweight glide machines to help out after my surgery and I think I could even use it now! Where can I get my hands on this?

Could pain in the back at the hip on the left side be related to swelling of that leg, which was caused by sitting pressed against the edge of the chair and desk? No pain ever below. What could be done about it? The joint feels inflamed and painful when I put weight on it, such as when standing one leg. And could anything be done with brown, scarred skin from past inflamation? Sometimes when sleeping with swollen feet I would wake up in pain because i put my weight on the little bone and blocked a blood vessel like a bandage on a finger. I didn't even know there was an essential pipe there. Walking with a purpose to a shop or similar beats static exercises, and rapidly drains out edema. Even in hot summer.

Hi, I need some advice please. My knee has been swollen for 5 weeks now and have I not fully recovered. I have been bed bound 2/3 weeks then I have gone to around the 80% recovery stage but that’s it unfortunately. This is the 7th time my right knee has swollen up but never for so long! I am over 30 and overall healthy but do suffer from psoriasis sadly and yes it’s on my knee but mainly scarring not currently present and active on my knee. I have been Doctors done blood tests and X-Rays they have found nothing no Psoriatic Arthritis no infection nothing and I am simply taking strong pain killers and using the RICE method to my wits end. I have no clue what to do now I am waiting for the Rheumatologist to let me know of my appointment and apart from that I am struggling to work and live a normal life. Today I went to work and guess what? My knee swelling went worse and I hardly put any pressure on the knee, I just tried to walk minimum amounts as I’ve been advised to get the blood flowing around the knee to help with aiding recovery? Please someone help any advice appreciated and God bless. Sorry for the long message :(.

I have same issue. Knee swelling came out of nowhere. MRI shows bone on bone arthritis. Anytime I walk even minimally or stand even for a few minutes I get swollen again. Prednisone has taken a little bit of the swelling and pain away but it's still there for the most part. I have seen two orthopedic surgeons so far going for a third opinion this week

I never knew it until now.. plus i would often wear socks just the regular ones and I didnt know it is really helping because my feet feels ok whenever Im wearing socks... I'm 30 and pretty in shape, and my right calf muscle was randomly swelling. No pain, no discoloration. I got checked out for DVT and it was negative. Idk what it is.

I had surgical surgery done on a badly broken Talus bone on my left leg ankle/foot. I had a surgical rod in placed between the 2 larger bones straight to where the Talus once was. I thereafter had swelling in ankle but has got better but ankle is still swelled. What can this be? No pains just ankle is still swelled now 3 years later. I am a diabetic 2 but controlled with medications and medications for blood high pressure. Thanks for any advice about this continuing swelled ankle.

I’m wary of sitting on wooden chairs after sitting at the computer for too long 4 years ago. When I got up my thigh was numb and through the night I woke up with severe sciatica, couldn’t sit or bend over. It’s better but never been the same since.

I have a few autoimmune diseases including scleroderma and lupus. I wish I had that glider. It would help my swelling. I exercise but that don't help even elevating my leg don't work at all
