I tripped over the staircase last night. I thought I was lucky to escape without a scratch. But I woke up with pain and a swollen feet. I searched and did this exercises with you and by the time I was done the swelling was visibly reduced and pain almost insignificant. Incredible. Are you amazing or what?

Dear Doctor Jo, thank you sooooo much! I had horrible pains in my leg and your advice was very simple to put into practice. With horrible pains we cannot do much. Just putting a big pillow under my hurting leg I was able to have some sleep (unbelievable!!!!) and I felt much better in the morning. Thank you so so so so so so much! I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency (post ankle break and dislocation) and have neuropathy in my toes. Since I can't take the constriction, I use a toe-less compression sock on the affected leg, with a sock or stocking over it, year round. It took some getting used to initially, but now, I'm fine. As you stated, when I wear it, at the end of the day there's no swelling.

Thank you for these! I’m dealing with the aftermath of a tibia and fibula clean break and I am cast-less. My orthopaedic surgeon told me lots of elevation and ankle circles to hopefully strengthen my muscles to walk again w/o boot or crutches

Had a recent motorbike accident causing a swelling on the entire left calf, shin & ankle. Literally was hopping from a to b. Tried cold compress as adviced 》 short term relief. Put on socks as recommendation 》 1st few days hurts but slowly, it helps. Ailment 》 to heat up the sore muscles area, improved Meds 》 all that muscle relaxant!! Hahahah Overall, first vid i watch & helps alot!!

I slipped and hurt my knee. It doubled in size swollen. Did the elevation, put heat rub and ice pack. Gently did the flex and point exercise and rested. One cycle and I feel my legs able to move with less pain. Round two hopefully will help end it

It really just depends on how severe it is and what is causing it, but in general, it can be done 1-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes at a time.

My podiatrist recommended toeless to prevent toenail issues due to squeezing them and to keep them dry to avoid fungus etc. I wear them due to diabetes and toeless are great!

it is also much easier to put ones without toes, since you can use silky cap to get sock over the foot and then remove it through sock toe opening

I did suspect Planter Faciatis but now I think it's just swelling, after 2 x 10 mile walks in one week I feel like my body is falling to bits at 51 years of age :( I will try out your tips starting today, thanks for the videos

Thanks, Dr. Jo. Can you discuss removing compression socks. I don’t wear my socks as often as I should because I have problem removing them because of arthritis in the joints. I wear 30-40 strength and they are hard to remove. I have thought about the zippered type, but heard they are not as strong.

I dont know if you read these but I get amlodipine and it makes me retain fluid in my legs, or one leg more than the other, obviously its the leg that has the varicose veins...its a pain but I have been doing what you told us to do in the other videos and its definately going down. I ordered stockings locally and theyre 25-32 compression or whatever the rating is. Thank you! Funnily enough I was just thinking I would stick on an ankle weight...theyre a kilo each.

Good day, Doctor, I had a Knee Atroscopie,3 weeks ago and my knee still don't know when to stop swallow... Every time when I put him to work a bit he get a bit "opset" and get back swallow again.
