Do you have the recipe and the nutrition info making this lovely low calorie bar with protein powder please?
@loovlehcuppatea28303 жыл бұрын
@@Vinniiej with the protein its about 130-140 Cal's, and with 4 carbs, 7 fats and 13 grams of protein. I used almond milk DRINK rather than almond milk cos it was cheaper but it's nearly twice the calories. Still low but the calories can go lower

@@Vinniiej I also used the protein works vegan protein blend which will be different macrowise from some other brandd

@@loovlehcuppatea2830 nice! So how much milk, cacao powder and protein powder do you use to make 1 bar?
@loovlehcuppatea28303 жыл бұрын
@@Vinniiej 20g cocoa, 70 ish almond milk tho youll need more for vegan protein, 10g protein and I put in some flavour drops from myprotein, highly recommend em, unless your stomach doesn't handle artificial sweeteners well since the main ingredient is sucralose

I have been working with making my own chocolate recently as well powdering your sweeter and salt first helps it dissolve quicker and be a more cohesive mixture. you get a much less gritty final product. i recently got a stainless steel mortar and pestle to see if i could grind my cocoa powder finer too.. i will attempt this soon. powdering the salt and sweeter helped me a lot im using cocoa butter as my fat.

@@loovlehcuppatea2830 it tasted rlly good but it’s a bit bitter so that’s why I added honey. I was kinda impatient and took it out of the freezer after only like 40min but the edges started having a chocolaty look
