What are some tips you wish you knew before you ever stepped foot in a gym?

I wish I learned more about nutrition and the importance of enough sleep before I started going to gym. Another tip that works for me is forcing myself to drink three litres of water a day. It helps energy levels, helps slim my waist line and even helps better my complexion .

It's true. I get messages from people asking why they aren't seeing results and it hasn't even been 2 weeks. Crazy haha

attackmode Yeah definitely one of my weaker exercises. My hamstrings are tight as all hell. Hoping the introduction of yoga will increase my squat range. Your thoughts?

Watch out for overtraining, you will display some serious beta behavior once your central nervous centrum is fried
