You should try any teleprompter apps on your iPhone. Since iPhone screen(if u keep it in the upright position) is narrow, your eyes won't move horizontally too much, so no one will be able to tell you are reading off a script. More natural that way.

Nice review! I’m currently waiting for my Apple Watch Series 7 to come in the mail. I’m upgrading from the Series 4 watch so I’m going to be getting a lot of improvements. Once the watch arrives I plan on doing the 3 month trail of Apple Fitness Plus. Your review was very helpful. I’m really looking forward to trying it out!

Glad to hear you found the review helpful! I went from the Series 2 to Series 6 and was an amazing upgrade, guessing 4 to 7 will be quite the jump for you as well! I've been eyeing the series 7... lemme know how you like it.

I’m 70 years old and have been dealing with Parkinson’s Disease for 12 years. I love Bakari’s workouts too! The Burn Bar always says that I am “leading the pack”. So, all I have to say is….get moving you slackers! An old guy is beating you at the Burn Bar.

How are the no equipment strength workouts? Are there pushups/dips/burpees to build muscle, or do you really need a dumbbell if you want to build muscle? Any foam rolling cool down videos?
@iamkgn2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! The only equipment they use in strength workouts are dumbbells. I don't think there are foam roller cool down videos.

Do you add any other type of lifting when you do the strength training?

Because of quarantine I only have dumbbells at home. But when I go to the gym I like squats and bench press.

Hi, new sub here. Do you need tohave an iphone to use fitness+? I have only an ipad pro
@iamkgn3 жыл бұрын
Apple Fitness + is on every device, i think you can do it without an Apple Watch, but that is where all of the health data comes from.
@reslas103 жыл бұрын
@@iamkgn thank you. I think that before you needed to activate it only on the iphone and hence you needed an iphone to use a iwatch. Maybe they changed it?

The integrated watch features are cool but most of the Apple Fitness + seem beginner level and not particularly interesting. I prefer the Les Mills and Beachbody apps.

So its just videos of people working out? Which you can find for free on youtube
@iamkgn2 жыл бұрын
If free videos on KZbin work for you, good on ya. I need a bit more motivation :-) what I like about Apple fitness plus is it uses the Apple Watch to track your heart rate and calories to compare you to other people who have taken the class, competition is a great motivator. The coaches and production value are really top-notch, and they have access to the entire Apple Music library, which I also find very motivating too, where as most KZbin videos I’ve seen have generic, unmotivating music.
@johnymcmuffins78982 жыл бұрын
@@iamkgn i mean you can mute the volume on the video and play apple music and the watxh will still track your heart rate and calories without fitness plus so im confused as to what your even paying for
