I have trained for a long time, both with free weights (which I still use) and with a cable machine and I am very happy with the cable machine that bodycraft has (HFT). I myself have made the long triceps rope and supplemented the cable machine with additional pull handles and bench, which makes the training flexible and fun. Yes, training should be fun and it is good to set goals that are reasonable to achieve. Building good-looking and well-developed muscles takes time, but there is a lot of time, you just have to distribute the time in the best way. Good music during training makes the training time even more fun. Thanks for good very good videos! :-)

@Block Chain most functional trainer machines i've seen come double sided. there are exercises in which you'll use both sides but usually you find these in gyms. in which case the other side more often at least helps with volume as two people can use one machine 🤷🏻♀️
