The key animation for that last segment were done but the Managaka himself, One. Hence why it looks like that. That's actually the art style of the Manga

The end looks like that because it was made in ONE's style. He probably drew keyframes himself, but I'm not positive. Can't wait to see the next seasons blow you away even more!

the end looks a bit wonky bc that what the original manga looks like :D the mangaka, ONE, has a very...unique style :) actually throughout the volumes of mob psycho, you can tell how much more confident and secure in his style he gets, its really fun! studio bones just tried to pay hommage to him and emulate his style as best they could for this little ova :D
