Oh Ingrid so glad for this new long lesson!!🔝...how can I reduce thighs? Total body, running, walking maybe uphill...? Of course...I eat sweets, they are my drug😢

To reduce thigh size, a mix of total body workouts, walking , and strength training for your legs can help. Focus on consistency with full-body routines and try adding incline walking or resistance exercises like leg lifts. As for sweets, balance them with healthier choices and portion control to support your goals without giving them up entirely!
