This was great, please more knee friendly leg days!!! I dread leg day because of my knees. I get a lot of popping and snapping. Just overall discomfort, it’s hard for me to do lunges of any sort.

So loved this workout I've found so many workout ladies I love but they always seem to do so many moves that are hard on the knees. I loved this because I felt challenged and my butt was on fire all while feeling like I was actually strengthening my knees. I would love to have more workouts like this!!!

I really appreciate the leg-friendly workouts! I had ACL repair surgery two times on the same knee like a decade ago but I STILL feel like I have sensitive knees. Lunges don't feel good to me. So I appreciate this workout.. I've done it several times now!

Thank you so much for a knee friendly workout. I’ve had knee issues ever since I was 13 (21 year now) and finding workouts that are good for my knees can be difficult. I had my second surgery on my right knee 2 years ago and have been struggling with getting the strength back in it but your workouts have helped me so much!!
