If anyone is struggling with her 3 months back " 1 month pilates plan " ( meaning : as it was already ended so whenever i repeate it i cant do it so ) than make your own playlist add whichever video of her you liked then add to your own pilates Playlist ( of her videos ) and 100 % guarantee you'll never gonna skip it cause i made it 3 weeks back and i made it of colour coding it helped me so much that i never skipped any pilates class

ive been doing your one month plan recently, I'm on day 16 rn (would be day 18 if I did do it the past 2 days but I couldn't bc it was 45 degress😓) ive noticed that my strength in my arms, legs and abs are becoming ALOT stronger. if u want fast results defiantly do madeleines 1 month plan
