It really works. You just need to be consistent. I did this workout for 15 day and i saw a huge difference in me. My lower waist size was 34 before doing this workout and after doing this workout for 15 day my lower waist size was 30 😭. I'm so happy. Gonna do it for more 15 day's and I'll give results to u guys🫶

@@Annii36 For me I saw a huge difference too. So i recommend to eat in small portions and not starve yourself because that's unhealthy and it doesn't feel good, also eat a lot of veggies. My biggest tip for you is to do Cardio everyday! Burpees and jumping jacks are the best cardio ever!!!! DW YOU GOT THIISSS AND IM CHEERING YOU ON 🥳😉

I'll keep this one constant. Day 1✅- Some exercises were harder than others, but generally, they were pretty good. Day 2✅️- Definitely easier. Day 3✅️- I did it without problems. Day 4✅- Each day gets easier; the hip drops are a little harder. Day 5✅️- Still, the hip drops are the hardest for me. I did every exercise without much problem. Day 6✅️- I did the hip drops without breaks!!! Day 7✅️- I'm starting to notice abs lines and feeling stronger. I've tried many abs workouts, but this one is my favorite. Day 8✅- Perfectly done! Now that there has been a week I can tell keeping your stomach flat through the entire workout is the key. Day 9✅️- Done!!! Day 10✅️- Rest dayyy Day 11✅️- Done! Day 12✅- Done!!! I forgot to update. Day 13✅- Done Day 14✅- Done! Day 15✅️- Done!!! Day 16✅- It's been two weeks now, and I can only say this is an amazing workout. Now that it's summer, I've decided to quit the laziness and get serious I will be trying to do this for 1 week along with her newest leg workout. Day 1 - June 8, 2024: ✅ I feel proud for even starting since I've been quite lazy and my actions weren't matching with my words. Today I walked 6.5 miles so my abs were burning, but it’ll be worth it, I am also doing 10K+ steps per day too. I may have a little definition in my abs since I'm a gymnast and dancer but I want to also strengthen my core

Trying while dieting too ofc Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done (I can already see results ;,D ) Day 4: Done Day 5: Done (im so lazy thooo, but i wont give up) Day 6: I was late and busy with school work so I did momomi's 3 min abs workout instead... Day: 7: DONE! FINALY! I recommend this so much!! In only one week, I can see and feel the change. I wear a skirt as my school uniform and it fitted me very well a week ago. Now, it's a bit loose at the waist and stomach. My stomach and waist are slimmer! Now i'll try a different video lol.

Day 1- Good! I don't feel much. Day 2- Definitely can feel the burn. Day 3 - Done! I can feel the burn in thr upper abs. Can't believe my mom said that my belly is showing 😢. Day 4- Done!! My upper abs are stronger and they don't be like pooch belly anymore. ❤ Day 5 - God completed!! Exercises felt easy today or maybe because I slacked off, anyway the burn was there def. 9 days to go! 🎉 Day 6: Completed!! I can def the burn everywhere, the exercises were easier but i sweater profusely. 8 days to go🎉. Day 7 : Done!! My waist def decreased by 2 inches. I can feel burn in the belly today too. My core is getting really strong. 7 days to go!! 🎉 Day 8: Awesome!! Things were easier and woah it was intense. 6 days to go😅 I was admitted in hospital for some thing. But i am back! Ready to do this. Day 1: Done! I could feel the burn in the lower belly for the first time. Day 2: Done!! ❤ Day 3: Done!! that’s good! if you’re aiming to lose stomach fat your getting close, unfortunately when you work out your body chooses were to lose weight first and it just so happened to be your arms!

Just completed 60th day of Belly workout excluding 5 resting days off each day 30 minutes ! Almost everyday did it for 30 minutes and only twn days fpr ten minutes ! I am prpud of myself inu consistency in doing belly workouts kt ahows how much I desire and how kuch I am health aware and how much I like a fit healthy toned body especially nice toned belly and aems and legs also face iean emtire body ! Now ten minutes stretching and done !

LET'S DO THISSS day 1✅ : I'm exhausted! But it'll be worth it so I'm not giving up. day 2✅ : I can properly do the plank without my whole body shaking (I used to do 1 min plank so it was helpful) p.s I take 10 seconds break in between so that helped too! day 3✅ : BURNING! (literally) I couldn't do some exercises properly and had to take some more rest in betweens, but overall, not bad. day 4✅ : could do the plank properly again! day 5❌ : it's Sunday. day 6✅ : a lot easier + I feel so much better doing a cobra(or seal) stretch at the end. day 7✅ : done! Did you want to loose belly do what I do Skip break fast will make your fat losse fat (because of hormones) And eat rotti or non carbohydrates food on after noon And eat a some nuts in evening (you can skip) And eat one Banana and milk (you can use less sugar) at night And do this exercise and some mountains climb and crunches And go to sleep (approximately 8 hr) (And you can do this too : massage clock wise and anti clockwise direction on your belly for ten times you can do that for soo many times if you massage use any oil Do this I promise this will work You can see change in just 4 days And you will losse in 1 month 😊

If we were to be ethical, no full body workout can help you lose 10kg unless you had an extremely high weight compared to height ratio. Try to focus more on improving your diet, drinking more water, and getting sleep. Of course, exercise alongside eating healthy can help you tone your body whilst dieting. If you need a workout, try her walk workouts or yoga

If you’ve been on a 900 cal def for a long time and not seeing any results then that means your body has grown use to it and it’s your new maintenance calories. I recommend reverse dieting for a a week or a week and a half, up your calories slowly by a few hundred and then bring them back down, but don’t go as low as 900 that’s not sustainable nor healthy, I recommend around 1300-1400 and that’s pushing it. Also make sure you’re getting enough protein, that + workout + cardio and a positive mindset will help you. Remember weight loss isn’t meant to be fast it may be a while before you lose 10kg but don’t get discouraged

I’ll do it too! I’m 12 and I’m trying today o this every day! Day 1 ✅ was really hard for some but easier for others Day 2 ✅ was still hard but only for 2. I feel pretty good! Day 3🤞 I did a little bit but I played for 3 hours of soccer today instead of this exercise. Doing this everyday twice for 10 days !! Day 1:✅ felt the burn !! only did it once tho ! Day 2:✅ felt the burn and did a workout to help being bloated

Hey guys... I have decided that I will tone my belly which was never completely slim before... I would post my daily progress so that I could be constant with my workout... I'm that kind of a person who leaves their workout in between:- (reason of why my belly was never slim before) I want you guys to support me so I could really do it this time.. And... Don't worry I won't leave my progress chart in between coz I too find it annoying when someone does... Oh yeah... Also this is my first time ever sharing my daily progress... I'm excited!!!... Support me I guess your support will motivate me... I would like if you reply to my progress so I would know you all are waiting for me to finish my challenge I really need support... So yeah let's start with my challenge of 1 week let's go... I'll come back here tomorrow to update... Day 1: DONE ✔️ I did the workout 2 times in a row...the burn was incredible it really felt like imma cut this whole belly fat on the first day itself...but as it was just the first day no changes seen yet !...also I drank a cup of hot water early in the morning.. I'm also doing an another workout from this channel for lower Belly fat.. I'm really excited to see some results...the hardest one was the side ab one...I wasn't able to lift my body...but I tried my best to do it. I won't be doing any kind of diets.. I'll just have my normal meals..oh yeah I totally forgot..I also did 50 crunches actually I don't know what it's exactly called the thing you do without raising your legs..yep.. that's all Day 2: DONE ✔️ Today was a lot more easier than yesterday...I was able to do the side hip drop..also my belly feels tighter than before...I almost forgot that I have to do the exercise...again I did 2 times in a row... didn't did 50 crunches today... that's all...can you guys recommend me some strength training workouts..?? Day 3:DONE✔️ I did 2 times today... I didn't feel much of a burn... I would try not to stop even for a second... I really like it when it burns... And I'm upset to not feel it today.... Hey, Hailey. Question: I've been doing your workouts since February, drinking strictly water, and trying to hold back on eating. Im 14 years old and am a girl. Yet, after all this, i still cant see any defined abs. I do 1 of your workouts per day, usually a five minute one because it is quick. Any tips? What am i doing wrong? Do i need to do more workouts?

im not professional but id say instead of holding back from eating, because that wont get u anywhere, go on a calorie deficit. theres an app i use called yazio and it comes up with a calorie count for u to follow depending on ur goal

Maybe you should keep doing what you're doing, but do a few exercises in the morning, one in the middle of the day(if you can) and the same exercises at night. I've been doing that and I'm seeing process😌✊. Hope this helped❤️
