Love this so much!!! I think maybe I like the free style not knowing what happens next because I have adhd? I didn’t have time to feel anxious about getting bored or having it be too challenging and giving up. Thank you so much! I am so glad I found your channel!

@@WellWithHels oh wonderful! I will check out that link! I think the biggest area where at home yoga is missing a piece is for people who are ok with staying at “beginner forever” where the modifications and props are more the norm. There are tons of yoga channels for challenging yoga but it’s hard to find that many that give modifications w most directions. I’ve been doing yoga for 20 years and I will never get past beginner bc of my body shape and health issues. Think t-Rex 🦖 with big boobs. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have a lot of health issues so I have plenty of ideas and requests lol. I loved the one you did for endometriosis. Oh! Maybe a yoga for when you’re too depressed to get out of bed? Asking for a friend….

Thank you so, so much for sharing and chatting with me 😊We are similar in that, we are okay with being 'beginner' forever (although, someone that understands themselves and their body within the practise I would say is actually rather advanced!) I used to try so hard and push myself so much to get "advanced" postures and even when I did get some of them, I thought "well what was all that for anyway?!" I'm all about moving into whatever feels good for you in that moment ❤ Noted on the bed class too, sending you lots of love xxx

@@WellWithHels I bet there is a metaphor for mastering the advanced poses and “life-stage accomplishments” somewhere here… I can feel it! I’m turning 40 next month and feel like I’ve not mastered any “poses” in life. I’m so glad I found your channel! I’m sharing it with friends! 💚💚💚
