Your knowledge base and clarity in your videos have made it possible for me to adapt to keto diet/intermittent fasting. In order to learn from your videos, I made myself learn Mandarin and watch your recent videos at least 5X each. Based on a bunch of your videos, as a 45 year old vegetarian, to break my fasts I mostly enjoy unsweetened almond milk smoothies with a mix of organic pea and organic hemp seed protein combined with vegan collagen you recommended. For variety, some days I eat avocado wrapped in a sheet of plain seaweed and spinach sauteed with coconut oil and vegan cream cheese since I also think you encourage food variety. If you have more vegetarian/vegan protein powders and/or other intermittent fasting friendly food to recommend, I would love to know. Please keep doing what you are doing...you're amazing!
