Just air fried a meatloaf this week, burger/pork, eggs, pork panko, salt/pepper, some leftover blue cheese and some scallions. Excellent! Also added some curry powder!

On the pork chop recipes, try coating the top sides with English mustard. Don't panic if you don't like hot mustard, as the resultant crusty bits of mustard lose all the heat, and just impart lots of taste.

I love all your recipes. Quick, easy, and tasty is what I love. Your carnivore “cereal” sounds especially good. I’m so new at this new way of eating so please don’t judge me! I’m paranoid about eating fat and not counting calories. I’m afraid to gain weight! Looks delicious, but I’m on the Lion diet for now. And I’m super lazy. So I use my small air fryer with parchment liners to cook lamb meatballs for most meals and an occasional ribeye.

I slow cook my pork belly at 120° then when almost cooked, crank the heat up to 200 to finish the crackle.
