Your studies and displays are awsome, a trully warrior taking the path seriously, I really like it bro, keep doing it! You take unconventional strategies and turn them into a real thing that actualy works and you put it to work, this is a masterpiece. those marching knees and double step are super weird but effective in a crazy way

Coach Jeff, as always, i love your content. My small :) Muay Thai school has decided to take part in our first IKF-PKB tournament. And the one area im working on is my knees. I'm very weak in this area. I think these setups will definitely help. The set ups just make sense. Thank you. Secondly I just gotta recognize something. The way you "held back" your knee strikes during your sparring, again shows your skill and respect. Thank you for your example.

Jeff, I reckon you are the best MMA youtuber, I really improve after watching your videos and considering your advises. The amount of materials, comments, your sparring partners, the details and even fun moments. I watch many but I still think your content is the finest. Another topic that hasn't been on your channel - side teep / thai side kick, how to do it, how to stretch for it and could it be used in MMA stance. I'm sure that if you make this video it would be quite unique because side teep topic hasn't been described fully and with sparrings yet

thanks so much for the feedback!! I will work on it, im actually not the best at the teep!

I have some success on using knees on taller opponent even. Just using that simple principle of getting them to shell up. I am short and stocky got good boxing so it's easy for me to get people to shell up then I would throw my knees. Good tips.

Thank you!! I can’t figure out one of my sparring partners. Aggressively comes forward with swooping hooks. I’ve been getting him with sharp jabs and crosses but couldn’t figure out the best way to get my knees into his ribs 😊 Trying this on Tuesday! Thanks Jeff Edit: Definitely going to get him with the Zesty Walk too! 🤣💯

I also love being wacky when I spar, it really does throw people off, there’s a big gym in my Thai boxing gym called Jim and he loves using wacky set ups and because he’s so large it makes everyone freak out because you’ve no idea what he’s about to do.

7:08 "If you are up against a Jeet Kune Do, Karate, Taekwondo, or Sanda fighter, close that distance on them and clinch them. From my personal experience, they don't train the clinch very much, so you can take advantage of this position." Gabriel Varga says something similar in this video, most likely because in Wushu Sanda competition rules, the time limit for any manner of clinching or catching/holding is 2 seconds for a given tie up or configuration, which doesn't encourage a lot of clinch work and chain wrestling is not intuitive: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHfcc56BfL53qZYsi=6lfMA1SJSyWTW4vp&t=448
