My mama always told me to never shampoo my ends because it dries them out. "Shampoo the scalp to clean the excess oil and use the residual shampoo on your ends" 😶😶

Hairdresser here! These are all awesome tips, however I don’t agree with the way you shampoo. You should only apply shampoo to the scalp, it’s really the only place that needs it. The ends will be cleansed as you rinse the hair. Also, you should never scrub the ends against the scalp like that. The friction can damage the hair and it creates more knots than necessary. Other than that you had some great tips, I especially liked the part on finger styling. It’s a great technique! Something I’d like to add is when drying the hair, don’t aim the dryer directly at the air, but to direct it so the air flows over the hair. It’ll keep frizz at a minimum and make a world of a difference!

My mom swears by a head massage! When I was younger, she would oil my hair regularly and gently massages it into the scalp. A clean scalp = long, shiny hair! Your video reminded me of start doing that again!

Actually for no frizz, you need to ditch the Terry towel n go for a microfiber towel, or smsn old t-shirt.

I always apply castor+Amla oil to my scalp before shampooing(minimal 3h). I only use non sls nd non parabens,non alkohol shampoo. Nd I only apply shampoo to my scalp only....nd the rest of my shampoo is going to clean d hair by itself when I do cleansing
