she wakes up with time, moves her body (yoga/run), has a skin/morning hygiene routine, cooks a balanced breakfast, hits the gym; hobbies are fueled by creativity and passion (painting, drawing, moving your body because you are worthy of a healthy body, reading, learning new skills maybe lashes or improving makeup) her mindset is fueled by her self worth and she is WORTHY. she is LOVE. she is organized and planned because she is worthy of the time and effort. period.

@@sundee3385 time management/discipline, i work 4-11 night shifts so it looks different for me but honestly just getting in the habit of doing something makes it light work (for eg cooking your own meals or going on a run in the morning) habit stacking helped a lot and picking up 1-2 new habits at a time to not burn out

That’s because you try to make big changes all at once. Try doing them in small increments, that way you build the tolerance and discipline to maintain it for a longer period of time. This way, it’s also a part of your lifestyle and not something your system may deem foreign

Honest opinion, everytime I watch the same kind of videos from other people it doesn't touch me as much as your videos do. It always feels very one sided. But when I watch your video, it's like I'm getting adviced by a close friend because you are a very humbled, hard working and nice person. You've become unbelievably confident in yourself and you seem happier and your energy is so positive than it already was when I first started watching your channel. And to watch you become someone you always wanted to be and to watch you work for it makes me very motivated to achieve my own goals and make healthy habits. Thank you for this helpful series. 😊❤️

I'm a guy but honestly i love videos like this, i find them way more helpful than 'self improvement' content that is targeted towards men as it tends to be way harsher and less helpful. I like how this video is from someone who ACTUALLY understands what it means to struggle with lazy habits, I've been stuck in a rut due to bad mental health, relapsed into my binge eating disorder and haven't done anything good for myself but this non-aggressive and honest approach and the advice in this video are something that i think will actually work for me. So yeah, call me a productive girlie now💅🏻🎀

Hi Lena! I’m 33 years old, married, and have four daughters. I started watching you in 2020 and I know you’re younger than me but I always enjoyed watching your videos. You’re very pretty and confident. Recently, I made new friends during a business trip and I kept you in mind the entire time. You inspire people to come out of their shell. Also, I will be doing the journal prompts that you suggested. The other day I was journaling and I didn’t know what to write about. But the journal prompts are super helpful! Please suggest more lol then you mentioned habit stacking, I started the water and coffee thing as well. Every morning I started committing to finishing a glass of water before I have coffee. Then while I have my coffee, I will take out my water bottle and have it in view. I noticed that since I started doing that, I will go for my water more than my coffee. I’ve been having to pour out my large coffee because I’ll just sip on my water instead lol further, you mentioned daily movement. Even started getting up early before work to get some exercise in. I started working out about 3 months ago and lost 10 pounds so far. Also, I quit drinking and haven’t had any alcohol since last October lol I’m glad I quit drinking. My hair stopped thinning and skin looks so much better. I was reading about how alcohol changes a person’s DNA! So it’s not a mystery why people who quit drinking start to look different. They get a healthy, youthful look back. But anyways, I’ve been doing the prize rule with work. For example, I am a sales manager and always working. Again, I’ll be working overtime because my boss will be on travel. At first I was annoyed about doing overtime but I was like wait a minute, I’ll have more money and I’m going on vacation in March. Those extra funds can be for my trip. One more thing, my girlfriends and I will take digital detox together lol and I won’t be mad at my friends for doing that, get your beauty rest girl lol thank you Lena! 😅❤❤

She makes her own meals, helps out around the house, reads a lot of books, thinks critically about the things she sees, works out and stretches her body and her mind. She goes on walks around the neighborhood, with the dog or alone. She goes to work and hang out with friends. She wakes up early, has a big glass of water, and moves her body. She walks around the neighborhood as the sun rises. She works out and takes a shower. She enjoys sewing, writing, drawing, and creating. She does Pilates and yoga and cardio. She looks out for everyone. She's kind to everyone she sees and gives out compliments and speaks her mind. She isn't afraid to speak up and converse with kids who aren't in her clique. She's proud and confident in her identity and tries to make her contentment with life spread to family and friends.

As a 15-year-old girl who is homeschooled and is literally lazy all the time this helped me so so so much, lately I've been feeling really lazy and tired to the point where I couldn't do any of my homework and assignments on time, and my sleep schedule was really messed up and I was literally always in bed watching Tiktok for like 4-5 hours and when I just watched this video it really motivated me to just get out of my Lazy girl era and be in my productive girl era ✨ your tips were really amazing and I truly enjoy your content 🤍

I second having “prizes” to get yourself to do things you don’t want to. It works so well! Also, if you have goals you are working towards, having prizes for reaching those goals is really motivating too! I feel this video deep in my soul!! I used to wake up at 3:30am for work and 4-5am on my days off. I got a new job with a diff routine and I lost my early-girl habits. And since then I haven’t been able to get back into it and I feel so… blah. You inspired me to sign up for a 5am HIIT class tomorrow before I go to work at 7. I’m lowkey scared but my man gets up early every day and he’s going to keep me accountable.

@@ellamaeturknett4863 hello! I started with setting small goals. For example: for working out, i started out with using elliptical or treadmill for 20mins at least 3x a week. Then the next week i’ll increase it to 30mins until i get to my goal of 40mins 3x a week. But tbh since the weather got warmer i mostly walk outside instead of using the machines lol

I just want to say that I’ve been watching your videos for the past couple months and they’ve really helped me become more motivated, form better habits, start waking up earlier, take the gym more seriously and meet a lot of my goals for what kind of person I want to be. she gets up early every morning to enjoy the start of a new day and go move her body. she helps hef family and friends each day and she prays to god and stands thankful where she goes. she goes to work everyday and works her absolute best. she goes to friends houses to show her appreciation for them. she goes to her family’s house to show her deep love for them. she goes to coffee shops, the store, out of the country, etc. she wakes up early, does skincare, works out, meditates, makes breakfast, productive, makes lunch, go on a walk, pays fees, makes dinner, hangouts with family or friends, unwinds and journal and beautiful sleep she stays productive, plays guitar, listens to music, cleans, cooks, bakes, journals, ect. shes is super positive and has a great outlook on life!

As a student this vid helped me sooo much.After School I quickly do my homework and then lay in bed all the time, weekends just scrolling all day.And I really wanted to become my best self.I started now doing a quick workout 3-4 times a week and started making my meals and not just eating instant food, drinking more water (something I extremely struggled with) and studied more for my tests. Thanks so much for the video, really motivated me!

I'm so HAPPY you mentioned JOMO! I first heard of JOMO from Passion Planner, and it has been a game changer! I no longer feel extreme anxiety and FOMO when my friends and family would meet without me. I especially used JOMO during the holiday season when my family traditionally packs our schedule. I excused myself from one of the outings so I could rest, and it made me so much more available and present to my family for the rest of the trip. SO HAPPY YOU'RE USING THIS PRACTICE!!

I’m so happy that you bring up not being on your phone an hour before bed, cause I’ve been doing that for the past week and it’s a life changer! I really recommend it, I was waking up refreshed and even sleeping before midnight. Over the weekend I didn’t do that, and fell asleep while watching videos and I woke up so much later and felt worse, so highly recommend lol

I never paid attention to how much I habit stack and do the prize rule. It does help A LOT! My top three I still need to work on is.JOMO is the move this year and keep a decluttered environment. 1) digital Detox , it’s so hard to cause it’s a way i relax but it can take away time. 2) Sleep Schedule- The using phones before bed is a big part of that. I see now. 3)Solo Dates : I was doing that at first. Then I met my man. I do miss these. It is a form of self care. Thank you for bringing that to my attention! I need to do this again. I really appreciated this video!

I am recovering from outpatient surgery this Friday will be 3 weeks recovery and I’m just now finding my way to clean up my camper and get back into the gym once my dr releases me to go 😊 I didn’t realize how dirty my camper is and now I’m throwing things away and deep cleaning every inch of it !! Goals: 1. Simple is better 2. Be patient. 3. Work on a routine

I haven’t commented on a video in maybe years, but I wanted to say, thank you so much for this!!!! I’ve been in a productivity slump for months now, and being mean to myself, not sleeping properly, skipping lunch sometimes, and overall just labeling health as secondary has not helped 😭😭😭. Thanks for making me realize I can still bounce back stronger. I’ll try to update on my rebound journey (and I encourage anyone else who wants to update to do as well), and for anyone else needing to get out of a slump, we’re all here for you. what does she do? she is a productive girl who takes care of herself and focused i school and plans her day where does she go? she is either at school focused in learning or she is outside in nature. if she is home, she is getting stuff together. what does her routine look like? she doesn’t get on her phone until 10-11 am. she has it organized and planned. she studies a lot. what are her hobbies? dancing, yoga, swimming, editing, walking outside. what is her mindset? a successful woman, if protecting ur peace is selfish, so be it.

This is genuinely helpful & I’m glad this popped up on my fyp.. just last week I decided to start a wellness journey of doing good things for me that benefit, fuel, & heal my mind, body, & soul.. I’m trying to be very intentional about my choices & thinking how they will impact me in the long run.. one of my goals/thing that makes me feel good is making videos & I just got another camera, after mine was stolen around Christmas.. thinking about filming my journey to healthy habits & showing the tough moments too.. anyways, thank you for making this & sharing! ❤

Girl I loved this video! This year i am trying to get out of my comfort zone more, learn to be okay by myself. I rlly struggle with knowing that i dont have any friends that would choose me over someone else. I am nobodys number one and when i am alone i tend to just lay there for hours just laying in my self pity. I think i just rlly want to just pick myself up and go out by myself more and just learn to be a happier person. My other thing is i just want to let go of the past. Now my habits that i would like to start is reading and eating a little but healthier. i tend to go on reading bursts and read one good book in one day and not read for two months. haha.

Going grocery shopping every sunday 2. Create a morning routine with 3-5 non negotiables 3. Create a night routine with an hour before bed without my phone. This video came at the perfect time. I’m a young teen and constantly feel sluggish and lazy. But, I’ve been watching your channel frequently and been feeling much better! Since I don’t do sports, I do light workouts a couple of times a week and go on frequent walks outside. I started journaling about a week ago and oh my has it changed my life! As a person with anxiety, journaling helps me clear my cluttered mind. Honestly, I can’t thank you enough for how much your videos have positively influenced me! ❤❤❤

Sleep schedule, habit staking, and decluttering helped me so much and I have never felt so clean and awake, I used to rot in my bed and not pay attention in class and when I saw people living their best lives I decided I'm going to start living mine I watched a bunch of these videos and yours definitely helped me most

she runs a spiritual and candle business, she does skincare routine in morning and before bed, eats a decent breakfast, prays to guides, gets planner or journal for daily tasks and checks them off 1 by 1. she doesn’t feel overwhelmed bc even if she doesn’t complete everything on the list there’s always tomorrow! her hobbies are watching movies she considers doing reviews on her channel bc of film background. she is always ready to learn something new, she has many talents and multiple streams of income. her mindset is gentle. she isn’t judgmental of herself or anyone around her and gives graces. she knows her worth and doesn’t settle for less, any losses aren’t losses to her but redirection to something more aligned with what she wants and how she lives. she takes care of herself and when she falls short she gets back up. she doesn’t let negative thoughts sit or linger but she also knows how to feel and express them before letting them go. she loves arts and crafts and decorating and adding to her new style of fashion. she is me.

Hi Lena, New but not so new to your channel. I have been in a rut, binged, and stopped caring about my health in every aspect. I just eat and eat. I gained approx 20lbs last year. I didn’t have any sort of routine, sort of let work take control. I am also a single parent (kiddo 12 and 19) and they live w/ me and a parent to 4 cats as well. I started waking up at 3:35AM to journal, pray, and read. I wanted to thank you for motivating me to create time and journal. I never really stuck to it, would give up after a few days. I am on my 3rd week. I fell a few weeks ago, hurting my tailbone and wrist, so I cannot lift but I have been walking only. Better than nothing. I still struggle w/ binge eating.. but hoping I can make it a priority and my identity to change those eating habits. I did purchase bone broth using your code to support you this past weekend. I just wanted to thank you for spitting out these videos. I’ve watched a ton, but for some reason your last videos of 2023 got me changing.
