Hello dear 😇 All depends how long time you are after the injury, how do you feel now at the moment...I have both hips replacement, all exercises are checked personally by me,but all of us we are different... If you don't have pain during the exercise, you can try, don't exercises if you experience any pain, please 🙏 🥰
