I really like this workout. It is short so I can do it everyday to start come back to daily routine. I also lost my back pain thanks to the strength in my core ❤️

Try to do these exercises adleast 2_3 times a week, and you definetly will feel the results and of course you will strenghten your core mucsles

Hello, thank you for your message. If you are healthy you can start 10 min Body Balance workout, to check out how you will feel. And slowly try others. Take your time and do those exercises wich you can do. Best to you ❤️

up down, downward dog half plank jumps quadruped limb raise change dead bug (R) dead bug (L) ab scissors glute bridge gluten bridge & leg lifts back extension superman plank leg raise push up & plank stretch
