I have Diabetic, Cholestrol and heart corober docter said when i care in ICU..bit i don't want eat chemical medicide ..i learn my healt. I eat everythings except white sugar and food or cake that use white surat... I always drink 1 tble spoon apple cinegar + 1 tble spoon Row honey with 1 glass of warm water every morning before have breakfast.. and i drink 1 tablespon of VCO or EVOO every night before goto bed.. Alhamdulillah. Everything Always Normal and Under Control..

Most of these recommended are bad for a diabetic. They are high in carbs. Watch those carb numbers.
