Bro, i have a question. For Mac OS or ipad OS , please suggest me a good app for converting AUDIO to TEXT . Basically I record audio of few lectures which is in mp3 format and later i wanted to transcribe to TEXT.

I prefer the 11" for most of your points said. I'm a CS student so I carry and use my laptop more than most majors which means my ipad is only for math/electives; pseudocode; annotations. Also my college dorm desk is quite small so a monitor, laptop and 13" ipad would be too clustered. If I didn't have a monitor I'd go for the 13" tho.

I'll buy a new iPad soon since my new school year starts in a week - I think I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of portability for the 13 inch iPad Air, since it's still pretty light and thin for a tablet and currently it's only 140€ more in my countrym

@@Matheheftchen Bro, Humble request, Rest is your decision anyways. Donot buy the bigger size ipad 13 inch . I suffered a lot buying the 12.9 inch M2 ipad pro, thinking i will use the big screen. You wont use it more often, rather only keeping at home on study table. Also its so big that on study table you will find uncomfortable to use. You will love the small screen a lot than the big screen, very easy & compact to carry and you will find using it more often than the bigger size. As you said for school, the smaller ipad of 11 inch will be more better to use than then 13 inch. Once again, its up to you brother. Just shared my experience and many of my friends who suffers later buying bigger ipads. Bigger ipads mostly is used for professional artists who wanted big screen. Not suitable for regular study school /college users.

My old iPad is dying, dont even ask how old. And I went with 11 inch which should hopefully be here tomorrow. I have the Macbook Air 13 inch which is my primary laptop and I love it. But at times I go for longer weekends away from home, and I do not want to take the laptop with me. But then I run into issue of just having my phone and I want bigger screen to make trips plans, reply to emails, do some light work or to watch a movie in bed and I am hoping this one will cut it. Plus when I was sick, it was hard to take laptop with me to bed to watch movie, so it will be used for it. Also since at our company we have no access to paper and pens, so I will be taking notes in some of the trainings on it as well. I really hope it will work for me!

I'm also in the decision of 11“ or 13” ,.. sure the downside is the portability is less good on the 13” iPad Air, but you made the point about the split screen workflow and seriously that's probably something I now think I'll basically always use. I've heard from a lot of people that 11” is just too small for the split screen feature because everything gets too small and on top of that, for some reason, no one of my colleagues really use it. Also, I use the Affinity graphics program as a hobby and I think your video helped me a lot because you showed me how it looks like to use the split screen. Also, I think a 13” screen should be the only choice for me because of the greater usage possibilities with graphics software and the splitscreen workflow.

im really confused about the idea of purchasing an 11'' or a 13'' ipad air for uni... i already have a laptop but it's not an apple one and for this reason i was thinking of completely replacing it with a 13'' ipad air. I don't know if using a non-apple laptop + a 11'' inch ipad air would be helpful with transferring files and pics/info.
