I had all of those symptoms and at age 59 I was diagnosed with birth lungs defect . To fix this problem I had liver transplant and on the second day I start breathing on my own . I was on oxygen for 3 years and was hospitalised several times because I couldn’t breathe at all . I fall in coma and it was long recovery …. Now I’m a liver transplant survivor . It’s a privilege to BREATH !!!!

Have you tried switching to vaping? This would be so much better than smoking and you would still be getting the nicotine your body is addicted to getting. Vaping isn't harmless, but it is _much_ better than smoking. I quit smoking before vaping was popular (about 15 years ago), and I went cold turkey. If vaping had been around I would have done that instead. It would have been so much easier! Quitting smoking is one of the best things I've ever done for myself--that and being a vegetarian, but quitting smoking was much harder! You can do ot though! If i can, anyone can. I was so addicted to cigs. It was awful. Quitting cigarettes is truly like dropping a 100 lb weight that you've been carrying around for years and didn't know it. It's like being set free when you didn't really know you were imprisoned. I highly recommend trying vaping as a substitute and see if that helps you quit.

Most important is to build up your Hemoglobin/Red Blood Cell Level. It carries Oxygen to your whole Body. Secondly, keep up your Electrolyte Level, especially Potassium. Thirdly, get an Oxymeter and check your Oxygen level. If low, do deep breathing to bring it up. P.S. When we're deeply relaxed, like watching TV, our breathing can become very superficial and the Oxygen Level goes down. That's especially a problem for elderly people. Keep your Body Happy and Healthy!

The last time I had low blood oxygen was when I was in the recovery room after my gallbladder removal. It was registering at 88 (at one point, it went down further). The nurses had a hard time trying to get it up. I went into the OR at 2pm and I was home again at 7pm that same night. And to make it worse, I was sent home with a nurse and a spirometer in a snowstorm. That was on January 25,2022.

@@serenitysmith352 45? You would not be conscious for long if your oxygen levels were that low. Maybe you're thinking of another test? Oxygen levels below 92% for a prolonged period means you need supplemental oxygen as your organs are at risk. You really wouldn't be able to walk around at all and you would be breathing rapidly at 80%. At 45% saturation you'd be unconscious. Your oxygen levels can't be normally that low. You would have brain damage and organ failure because your organs wouldn't be getting enough oxygen.

@@mygirldarby 88 is not that bad. Mine has dropped to 55 on several occasions. The Dr's want it to stay between 82 & 92. If it drops lower than I was told to call an ambulance. It rarely goes above 90, but I'm waiting for my miracle. I believe Jesus is going to heal me. If it's not here then I will be healed in heaven. Either way I win.

I am cancer free now. But I still have COPD and Emphysema. I have all the problems that you said in this video. But all my Doctors don't believe me because my oxygen level show I should be OK. I know how I feel. I feel like I'm a fish on the bank gasping for air and I hope I pull out of this fear of the unknown. I am on oxygen at home. Afraid to go out in public because I could have one of these attacks in public. So yes I'm afraid of suffocating. And My Doctors don't believe me. I feel all alone all by myself...

@@dawnegan3984breathing in nose helps - adds nitrates. No Carbs, breath in nose 3 times - breathe out hard and long each time. Fresh air (oxygen) gets mixed with the gases as it flows through body if you don’t get it out. In two out four is best but remember breathe out AS you exert to stand, lift, carry, etc.

I bought my KN--95 masks at a medical store and I saw a display for Avators O² 95% So, I picked up a few cans to have in my house. The can comes with a mask, and it has a trigger dispenser. I have a Pulse-Oximeter and my 0² is steady at 97-99% so I put the cans in my car and around my house. One night I was drowsy and I used the 0² to take two 10 second bursts. I felt wide awake for the next leg of my trip!!! I am not suggesting that another person should try this until they speak to thier doctor, or pharmacist first. Brother James OSB

My neighbor has been burning plastics for weeks straight and running his old 1970s truck at 2am for hours at a time right next to my back door. All in an effort to Harass me along with breaking into my truck and numerous other things 🙄 Today I actually feel so sick to my stomach I feel like throwing up, head aches all across the front and left side, my chest is burning and my Oxygen levels are bopping down to only 78... 😪 I live alone so he thinks it's OK to do this to me because I turned him down after he tried to FORCE himself on me when his Wife was not home... I should have called the cops 🙊🙉🙈

@@elizawilson5981 funny you say that cause that is exactly what I yelled at him. I had to call the environmental protection unit to get them to stop burning plastics . it is against the law even in Texas because of the cyanide it gives off is so toxic. And I have been posting videos on KZbin and my Facebook page to help stop the rest of the harassment. It seems as though it is working. Thank God 🙏 I am actually able to sit outside today and have a cup of coffee and relax while breathing fresh air. No banging or beeping or skunk pot smoking coming at me... Thanks to God for some piece. Now I just have keep going to Dr to have spot on my lungs monitored. Hoping it goes away since exposer has stopped. ✨🙏✨

Some Neighbours Are A Pain The Arse and more! We are experiencing some of your troubles. Good luck, it’s not easy to deal with if your on your own. It’s your word against his, with no actual proof the police can’t do anything, but if you can get a camera to record any interaction that could help you. Even having your mobile on record in your hand or pocket. We put an outdoor camera sitting inside on the windowsill looking out, so didn’t have to wire one up and it’s protected from malicious actions!

Most of the symptoms described I had in the past. At emergency, the doctors could not diagnosed that it could be low oxygen. I have low vitamin b12 and d which have been recommended in the diet. I also suffer from cold hands since childhood so there has always been a circulatory disease which could be one of the causes.

@@phillipsmiley5930 you are correct lung worm is going around. It is easier to get than most people think and the only thing that will effectively kill it is ivermectin. There is another one that works but it is there is a risk of liver damage with the other one. It surprises me that the doctors in America have the opinion that you can ONLY get a parasite infection if you have traveled out of the country but you can get lung worm/ rat worm by consuming any fruit or vegetables that a snail has crawled on. Not to mention the many other worm parasites you can get from meats or fish. Also there are many other Animals that are carriers besides rats, such as racoons, and possums. Possums by the way carry Leprosy.

@@TheTexasTakebyMissVikie Not to mention Toxoplasmosis and Schistosomiasis. Cat obsessed women arent crazy, their brain is filled with parasites that cause obsession. Big Phama have oppressed parasite treatment in order to keep people ill, and shorten their lives.
