I bought your Magical Touch and Giant Amadeus. How many ounces of Hippeastrum Amaryllis Bloom fertilizer mixture (from Green24 Germany) should I pour weekly around the bulbs in their 7" pots?

I love my amaryllis, but cannot stand the little flys that in the soil and around them. I have tried to spry the soil with peroxide and water,but in the cold I have them in pots. Please if you have any recommendations I would appreciate it.
