@@HOOPERFIKO I really don't have much time to try or tell the drills because of my work schedule but from watching this and other videos on youtube for defense drills, this is one of the better ones. Sorry worded it wrong i only said no ones going to watch this because i only saw it because it showed on my feed. And if others didn't see it on their feed and search it, they will never see these good drill.
