Tip from Germany: Ventilate your house for 10 minutes 2x every day. Open the windows in all the rooms and let the air circulate. This stops the air from getting stale and helps prevent mould

Thanks for the cool tips..sort of lifehacks. I once lived alone and probably will again in the future so this would be helpful to keep in mind. Yes enjoying being adult 👏. Best practice from me hmm.... 1) decluttering regularly, 2) clean and nicely smelled bed, and 3) put something that will lift up our mood ...like picture, flower, nuest album collection, diffuser, your crafts.

I "expectually"? "expecially"? enjoyed this episode. 😂 😅 ive been living alone for 20 years its interesting how different things are in Korea vs US. Neither of you are old.. 😢 Tips: -budget your money -Learn to cook its so much cheaper than buying takeout or eating out -Be a life long learner (not necessarily a tip for living alone but living in general) impress strangers with your useless facts knowledge.. its fun to get reactions from people. -Help others and be kind remain as non-judgmental you never know what others are going through. -take care of your physical and mental health -Dont try to "keep up with the Jones's" meaning dont try to do/buy what others do/buy just because you want to show off or impress others they wont care as much as you hope they will. -you do you.. kind of based on my last "tip" people arent necessarily going to be as impressed as you hope they are if you try to look good and are inauthentic - laugh.. every.. day or at least smile about something and keep track of what that is on a calendar if you need to.. practice gratitude - i personally love ('over'?) planning those who fail to plan plan to fail.. Always have a contingency plan.. and sometimes have a backup plan for that plan because things can and sometimes do go awry. - be kind to yourself and others

Tip no.1: when you're using something, any item, shoes, stuff from the cupboard or so, be sure to always put it back in the same place! Thanks to this, even when you wake up in the middle of the night, you will know where to look for it. I also sort clothes by color, it makes whole morning routine so much easier. Speaking of.. I'm glad I'm not the only one who leaves something with noise on for my pets when leaving the house. I tend to leave my pc on and have music playing for mine. And I've noticed over the years of doing so that it's kind of kept my pets from getting into things and making a mess. It doesn't always work, as I have cats and dogs (and cats will cat no matter what), but there's a good difference between how they are when there's noise and no noise present.

Not sure if this is a living alone tip but having plants in your room improves air quality. Snake plants, Chinese evergreen, Pothos, and philodendrons are easy to care for and make a difference. 5 or more really does the trick. Great episode btw. The banter was especially awesome!! 😂😊

저도 자취 후 몇 년간 음쓰를 냉동실에 얼렸는데 작년 뉴스에서 음쓰 냉동실에 얼리면 냉동실에 식중독균이 퍼질 수 있다고 하더라구요ㅠㅠ 몇몇 균들은 영하20도에서도 살아남아서 되도록 냉동은 피하고 만약 꼭 냉동을 해야한다면 이중으로 밀봉해서 음쓰봉지에 베이킹파우더나 식초를 뿌려서 세균 방지하는 것이 좋대요!! ㅎㅎㅎ 조엘님이 냉장고에 베이킹파우더 언급해쥬셨지만 자취하고 베이킹파우더는 필수가 됐어요!! 배달용기 씻을 때 베이킹파우더로 씻으면 완전 깨끗!! 여러 꿀팁들 감사합니다😚

yes i've watched a series of young-adult trying to live alone in Tokyo so they will look for housing. if the house/apartment is 50-60 years old, the consequence is the ACs use old technology and consume a lot of electricity..they are so meticulous about it.

So if you want a new car, make the estimated payment to your savings account for six months to see how it goes. If you can do it easily, then buy the car. Super late reply (just found you guys via Korean Pizza Club) but THANK YOU for the garbage tips especially. I'm surprised egg shells go in general waste though, I'll have to google the rules before I make it over there. I do the boiling water thing every night in the summer for fruit flies and it works great. I'm hoping Korean freezers are bigger than the ones in Germany to try freezing the food waste - that's a brilliant idea. Big hugs to both of you! Keep up the great work :)

나방파리(하수구파리)때문에 힘들다면 배수구에 트랩용 커버(망으로 되어서 물만빠지는 종류)를 써보세요. 훨씬 나아요. 그리고 저는 외출시에 전자제품 중 콘센트를 뽑아도 되는 제품은 뽑고 갑니다. 전기를 아낄수 있다고 해서 하고 있는데 효과가 있길 바랍니다. 음식물쓰레기는 지역에 따라 개인통을 구매하여 칩을 구매해서 버려야 하는곳도 있어요. 그리고 폐가전을 버릴때 보통은 돈을 주고 버리는데 폐가전무료수거를 검색해서 예약하면 무료로 버릴수 있어요. 큰건 1건씩 되고 소형가전은 5개 모아서 됩니다. 단 예약한 날에 맞춰서 내놔야하니까 미리 내놓는건 안된다고 들었어요.

와 제가 중요하게 생각하는 거 아론이랑 조엘도 중요하게 생각하고 있고, 평소에 하는 거 아론이랑 조엘도 하고 있어서 공감 갔어요! 자취 소소한 팁은.. 세탁기 돌리고 세제 넣는 통 빼서 안에 남은 고인물 버려야 하는 것..! 그래야 그 안에 곰팡이가 안 생겨욧,, 그리고 세탁기 뚜껑은 열어놔야 하는 것 .. !! 또 벌레 안 생기게 하려면 창틀 자주 닦아줘야 하고 특히 비오고 난 다음에 창틀에 고인물 방치하지 말고 반드시 휴지로 쓱싹 닦고 환기 시키면서 말려줘야 해요..!!! 아 그리고 개인적으로 달걀 봉지에 넣어서 따로 버리는 거보다 한 번 물에 헹구고 말려서 봉지에 넣고 버리니까 벌레가 절대 안 생기더라고요. 그거 말고도 햄버거 껍질에 묻은 소스, 아이스크림 껍질에 묻은 초콜렛 등등 이런 것들도 잘 헹궈서 말려서 버리면 벌레 절대 안 생겨욧

I went to college in upstate New York where we had a big recycling culture... there was never a trash can without glass, aluminum, paper, and plastic recycling bins next to it, so there was never a reason not to properly recycle... Most people (like me) would keep a bag with a bunch of bottles and toss it just like taking out the trash. so when I came back to new york city where there are barely any recycling bins and most people just throw cans and bottles in the trash, it was shocking being thrown back into a non recycling culture after separating my paper, bottles, cardboard, and cans for so long...

I don't know these are the tips or not. But I learned this are very helpful from last time I was sick.. 😂 1. Stock meat in freezer, also basic ingredients such as sauce, salt, sugar, soup cube. So you can cook hot soup to eat when you are sick. Imagine you crawl, grab, throw everything in the pot, turn on the heat, lay down till it done, eat it to make you feel alive and gain strength to take yourself to the hospital. 😅 2. Always have Household Remedy ready. If you have medical condition, be sure that your medicine isn't out of stock. 3. Give the spare key/card for entering your room to your parents/family/love, so they can enter your room to find out why couldn't contact you. 😅

여름에는 아무래도 냄새와 초파리 벌레와의 전쟁은 피할수없는것같아요😢 특히 싱크대배수구냄새는 여름에 심한데 그땐 구연산(식초와 같은 성분)을 이용해요 미지근한물컵에 구연산1스푼을 녹여서 아이스큐브에 얼려요 그리고 설거지 후에 구연산수얼음을 배수구에 넣고 물로 흘려보내거나 그냥두고자면 냄새제거와 세척까지 가능해요~구연산은 커피포트나 냄비속 물때 제거에도 효과적이구요 주방은 구연산으로 관리하면 최고👍 화장실에 세면대 샤워기등 물때는 치약이 제일 효과가 좋아요 다쓴칫솔에 치약묻혀서 수전닦아주면 반짝반짝 새것처럼 쓸수있구요 먼지 자주 쌓이는 가전제품이나 거울은 린스로 닦아주면 정전기로 붙는 먼지가 덜 쌓일수있게 해주고 향기도 나서 좋아요😊😊 마지막으로 아로니랑 죨 오늘도 멋지고 잘생김👏👏 패션의 완성은 역시 얼굴임을 증명 했던 이번주도 완전 재밌었어요❤❤

가정용 진공 음식물 쓰레기통이 있더라구요 음식물 쓰레기 봉투에 음쓰 담고 진공 쓰레기통에 넣어두면 여름이라도 냄새 안 나고 냉동실에 안 넣어도 되고 좋아요 뚜껑 열면 냄새가 잠깐 나긴 하지만 그때 잠깐이라 잘 사용하고 있어요 오늘 알려준 내용 도움 되는 게 많아서 하나씩 해볼게요👍

Yes, Joel, super cute 🥰 and so is Aaron ❤ when you guys return I’d really love you to cover favorite songs, you sang, from your respective groups. I am a fan of Nu’est & Nu’est W, my go to songs are And I, & let me out. While they in my favorite Kdrama’s the vocals are amazing. I have other favorites as well but those 2 ❤ I’d also like to know more about the control of your personal lives while in your groups & why relationships are so frowned on. It seems like control of one’s life cannot happen until one is older . I am sure it is good in some respects but it also seems like a lot of control.
