This challenge is designed to help you tone and strengthen your core muscles. It includes a series of floor exercises that target the abdominal muscles. No equipment is needed, making it easy to do at home.

✅ 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
1) Frog crunch: Strengthens and tones the lower abs and hip flexors.
2) Lying single leg raise: Targets the lower abdominal muscles and helps improve core stability.
3) Hollow hold: Engages the entire core, including the deep abdominal muscles, for improved strength and stability.
4) Happy baby pose: Stretches the hips, groin, and lower back, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
5) V-up: Works the entire abdominal area, including the upper and lower abs, for a stronger core.
6) Lying frog crunch feet together: Focuses on the lower abs and inner thighs, enhancing core strength and stability.
7) Criss-cross leg raise: Engages the obliques and lower abs, promoting a toned and defined waistline.
