I began following Anna on January, doing her workouts five days a week for one hour. I was 230 in October, 214 in december, and am currently 168/169 pounds. From a size 18/20 XXL to Large 12/14(though i have some size 10 that fit!!). I cannot for the life of me do the reverse burpees but I am getting there. Thank you soo soo much!!!

Once I was really strugglin with my body, my toxic "best friend"buIlied me for being "fat" and I couldn't look at my body without cying.😢 At this time I was about 12 years old). Later I started starving feared eating and lost way to much weight. All the years I thought having a healthy body was pain and stress. Than I started whatching your videsos🥰 and everything changed: I gained a lot of muskles, got to know the fun of doing sports and eating healthy. Today I got back my mental and physikal health. So, I just wanna say thank you!!!💗🥰 Your videos are actually helping a lot of young people by living a healthy live style. To all the people that are struggeling: I know it's a hard time, and sometimes you wanna give up. But than pls. remind you: your body needs time to change and your physikal health is always first. That doesn't mean you can skip, but it means, that you first need to accept your body and than you keep consistantly doing your routine. A good routine can change everything!!!! Keep going, you're not alone and you got this💪😘

The fact that other than the toxic best friend part,everything else u said happened to me is crazyyyyy but agreed Anna made me fitter and I stopped starving myself bcoz of her. I feel much healthier!!

I always run away from any hiit with abs today i finally decided to do this one. It was amazing an amazing challenge and the structure was just great. Loved it and sweating buckets.

I have been searching for the right HIIT workouts for me. From studying a lot and not doing enough excercise I gained some weight. I started 2,5 weeks ago with a softer HIIT for a week and then I found your channel. I now use your workouts every day and eat less calories. Lost 2 kilo's and love how my body is toning already! Omg I had the same problem. Now I do her 30 min hiits every morning and run 5km 3 times a week and I also do intermittent fasting so I don't east breakfast

This Looks fantástico Anna! I can’t do reverse burpees and I’m totally fine with it. I do full sit-ups instead. Thanks again Anna for this wonderful workout with great music. 💧💧💧💧💧💧

Do you know any good upper body work outs I can do while having a sprained ankle? I was trying to do more cardio and more full body workouts, but then my ankle got injured some how, but I want to find a way around the injury and atleast do some upper body work outs until it heals.

Always a fan of these workouts when I’m in a pinch for time, they are always the right amount of challenge, especially the cardio because they are very quad and hip dominant! Would love to see some more posterior chain in the cardio so my hip flexors aren’t on fire lol but these definitely get the job done!

It was sweaty and was not hard to follow. I’m 168 63 kg’s and burned 230 total and 187 active calories. Love how it includes warmup cooldown and core exercises ❤
