I just recently discovered your channel and i LOVE the shorter exercise times 15 mins or less, once i complete them i feel so accomplished. Half an hour workouts tire me out or i get so unmotivated when i dont complete them. This gets me up and moving when i take breaks from working. Love it!

So powerful workout! I'm a PCOS fighter and I found my match in workout,not painful and heavy but so effective and makes me active all day!
