I just recently discovered your channel and i LOVE the shorter exercise times 15 mins or less, once i complete them i feel so accomplished. Half an hour workouts tire me out or i get so unmotivated when i dont complete them. This gets me up and moving when i take breaks from working. Love it!

Monika, I love this one because the music was just nice easy music without lyrics. The standing pilates is hard but very much needed to improve my balance. Thank you!

I loved this workout! Love the music, the fact that the exercises are doable but still effective and the focus on balance. Will combine this one with a 10min hiit video for a perfrctly balanced morning workout. Thank you do much!!

So powerful workout! I'm a PCOS fighter and I found my match in workout,not painful and heavy but so effective and makes me active all day! Honestly I'm so lazy in any kind of exercise,but bcoz of this, this makes me inspire! I want to go back in time that my hormones are in balance and this workout is a big help!
