I really appreciate that all of these movements are very manageable but challenging. At first glance it doesn't look difficult, but 8 mins in I was really feeling it

I was working out daily for the last 3 weeks and fell behind this week. Did this workout to get back on track. It totally kicked my butt! Crazy how just a few days of no movement can set you so far back (at least with me and my breathing). Thanks for these videos!

Today I did Monday feeling good workout. I can write a book about this experience. But I do it short. It's been a long time I didn't sweat 💦 like this. The first work was the hardest one because of the squat exercises. But I made it. For the HIIT I was a little scared but it was the best one for me. I want to say thank you to Monika for those videos. Standing working is my best because of my knee pain. Thanks 👍

Love these work outs! I don' t care for rolling around on the floor trying to exercise so engaging core strength during these clips are perfect for me. I add a little weight in to intensify the work out! Love it! Keep em coming!

Wow I just did this thanks I love it❤ I can only do standing workouts as I have bad knees & short workout cuz my autistic daughter is up making messes plus I have perimenapause & osteoarthritis so my energy is low,I feel amazing❤

Did this post rotator cuff surgery with one arm in a sling and it worked well. After days of inactivity it felt good to move.

hey, i just found this last week and did it again today :) really is a lot of fun! do you have any warm-up/cool-down stretches you could recommend before/after this? or would you say that is not necessary? i'm just getting into working out again so last time my muscles ached for days ^^'
