Yes,is not as easy as it seems 😁,because you are holding the arm up without resting, that's why is challenging 💪

Sveiki, aciu uz jusu klausima. Viskas priklauso koks jusu fizinis aktyvumas, ar estae dariusi siuos pratimus anksciau, konsultuoti nematant zmogaus nera lengva. Kaip bebutu nors ir estae geroje fizineje formoje, atlikite pratimus neskubedama, pratimai yra be svareliu, tai yra saugu.

it would be nice, you talk and get us through it i have to stare at screen to see when the move changes you could also give us tips for each move explaining what to do and what not to do.

Hi there! I am developing my workout program which I will release next year and there, I will be guiding you with my voice 😊 At the moment, in the video you can find a timer and hear a counter sound when the exercise is changing. As well in the beginning of each new exercise I show 10 sec. of what next exercise will look like.
