TanTan well I always stretch before workouts but like that’s not necessary. And I did this workout every day. Even if I couldn’t do the full WO; and after a week or so I could finish the whole workout😊 it wasn’t really a routine but it worked for me,hope that helps😁

@@noreenali5821 hi I'm at -11,5kg by now, lost that weight since August 2020. I am doing her 45min/Dance plan and I eat healthy, lots of proteins, no industrial sugar. I weigh 76kg at a height of 1,68m now. You can do her workouts all you want, but if overall you are not in calorie deficit, you won't be loosing any weight. I usually eat 1,200-1,450kcal per day, depending on whether it's a rest day or not. Hope that helps.

Look for yoga mat that is made with cork. Your sweat will activate a better grip.

this is hands down one of my favorite's on her channel, alongside the 15 min live abs. idk whether it's cause i've gotten more used to working out, but it's a lot of fun and i didn't even have to pause at any point:) to all the ppl scrolling through the comments - go do the workout! you always got those 12min!!

As someone who does workout 2-3 days a week to sometimes 7 days a week I spic it up don’t take break during Chloe’s workout then it helps and Pam is our queen again 😪

Dear Pamela: I've always had a hard time finding cardio that I don't dread that I can do indoors while it's ridiculously cold outside, so I was surprised that this was FUN! You've shown me that dance cardio is much more motivating for me! Thank you so much!!!❤❤❤

Update; I did the workout..fr with the music and pam energy it was so much fun the time literally flew by. Aaaannndd I still had energy in the end that I jumped “almost” as energetic as Pam💪🏼

Miss Pamela has become the mentor of my life. From 52kg to 46kg I have been spent more than one hour in front of Pamela's videos during last five months. OMG, this workout was supper intense. I started off with the 12 minutes happy workout, (the other one) bit easier, then I started with this one thinking (why not) but I realized why. OMG it's killer workout!!! I can barely breath! but I know I'll get to master all the moves in this video, even tho I skipped like a bunch. Thank you so much Pamela, Some people of youtube don't really know what they're doing. they just tell you to do some weird move you've never seen before, and it turns out so weird that you so much for making it easy to find this workout, but intense to do. MAKES ME FEEL SO GOOD SWEATY

i actually enjoyed this workout (as much as you can enjoy a workout) it was challenging but also had implements of dance (sorta) that made me enjoy the exercises further!

I have getting my life together for the past two weeks by working out everyday for atleast 20 minutes and at most an hour. I have been doing hitt, lifting weights, pilates. However I don't want to over exert myself, but for some reason I absolutely love this workout it puts a smile on my face. Do you think I could do this even though its a rest day?

This was the first Pamela workout I ever did back in 2020 when I first started working out at all! Coming back now, 2 years later, is completely insane! I never thought I could keep up for this long!
