A friend recommended your workouts. At first I thought I couldn't keep up, but now I don't miss a beat. Just did your 3000 steps in 20 minutes plus this great cooldown. Thank you. By the way, I'm 82.

Oh my goodness! You almost killed me but I did it!! I underestimated the difficulty and had already done a 7000 step workout before this one. I was so stupid!! 🤣🤣

I am going to cancel my gym membership this month as I just love your videos. They are great for my knee arthritis as I cannot do jumping or floor work. You keep me interested while working out by your encouraging words and I am not bored to tears while exercising as is the usual case. You are a gem. That upper back stretch healed my WHOLE soul. I kept saying "thank you sir," as I was stretching 😂😂 So, thank you again sir. You have a new subscriber

I am wondering if I can use this cool down stretch for a warm up stretch also? It seems a nice wake up movement prior to jumping into my step routine first thing in the morning. Thank you for your help and great routines!

2 days in I’m a mumma 39 with two severely disabled girls 11&8yrs old both non mobile so I lift/care 24/7 at 39 I’ve been in chronic pain for 6 years with my back and neck and limping I rely on car to go anywhere even to shop 2 mins along road, I’ve done 2 days and reached my 10,000 steps both days where before be lucky to get 4-5,000, walking is my goal this year so I can just maintain the little strength I’ve got left and just hope I can get better and get off meds that’s damaging my stomach coursing more illnesses. I’m happy I’ve found you I love your workouts I’m forcing to do it once I start I’m ok it’s just getting me to get going with chronic fatigue and depression but day 2 just did 2 workouts and a cool down so by 11.30am Uk time I’m on 7,300 steps already!!

@@RickBhullarFitnessThankyou, I gave in for few days while roofers here but closed curtains back at it just done the warm up, 15 mins, 10 mins and cool down half term couple weeks ago killed my back half terms always do I dread them, but most days im hitting 10-11,000 steps, im only 5ft and quit smoking July last year making gain weight and at my heaviest 9st 1lb I was always 7 1/2st to 8st so I want to lose 1st at least, im glad I found you helping people with injuries etc you are amazing so thankyou and thankyou for your reply
