Oh dear, I've done this one before without the step, because I didn't have one. Today, I realized I could use my fireplace hearth. It's 9 inches high. I managed to finish the workout, but I did have to take a break from the hearth with about 3 1/2 minutes left. I finished the last round with it and boy, did it feel good! Thanks for posting your workouts. I've done all of them many times over, and never get tired of your patter and laughing.

I used to do HIIT cardio. But I started having a small knnee pain. I am above 50 and was looking for a joint friendly exercise. Thank you very much. The first time, I noticed no pain after doing the workout for 26 min (2 reps of workout). I have asked my husband to follow the same. Thank you ❤

Love this Rick,thanks so much! Step is my all time favourite but I’d given up on it because it’s so harsh on my joints since having a back operation, absolutely loved doing this!! Hope you add some longer ones in a similar style 😍

I’m sorry, but I meant a link to the stepper pad that you are using in the video. I love your videos. I have bad knees & will eventually need to have them replaced. Doing your videos and the help of Tirzepatides I’ve lost 40 lbs since January. These low impact videos are helping my knees so much and of course the pounds lost too. Hopefully I can prolong any future surgery. Thank you
