Thank you for this! Jessica, could you talk a bit about your diet or other forms of exercise you incorporate along with Pilates? I am finding it difficult to lose weight after my surgery because many forms of cardio accessible to me (running, HIIT), are now impossible as I have to avoid high-impact movements

Love this workout; however, I do have a question. My knees do not like the bridge. Is there any way to do bridges without my knees hurting? Thank you for all you do!!

There are various ways depending on what's going on! First off, just try changing your foot position to bring the feet closer to you. If they are too far away the knees can feel strain.
