Awesome presence, raw emotions, brilliant, reverent lyrics, not to mention face melting guitar riffs - 12 Stones proves to me that you can be flawed and real and yet still glorify God. I'm so grateful. I'm a recovering IV drug addict who gave my life to Christ 1 year ago. He has completely turned my life around and now I am going into the ministry and possibly the mission field. This & "Broken" are so relevant to me because they express the hell I went through until I was finally delivered!

11 years since I came back from Iraq. This song has always helped me get through. There were so many times I would curse God for the things that happened. So many suicide attempts. I tried to cut off my Marine Corps tattoo on my wrist. I felt like the pain and memories would never stop. Today I was finally recognized for my service in Iraq. Finally awarded the Bronze Star and rated 100% disabled from the Veteran Affairs. It’s a start....

12stones write music that is inspired by their faith. They don't force it on anyone because what good does do to force someone to believe something they believe. It doesn't do anything other then force people to despise that person's faith. Stop putting people down and build each other up! God loves everyone! So encourage don't discourage! Love this song by the way such powerful lyrics and I love Paul McCoys voice!

Looking back I shed tears of joy to know how lucky I am to experienced it all back when life was way more simple... and everything else there is to it.... the early 2000's were most probably the last time before tech n social media starts and has been taking over ever simce the last 15 years

In 2003 or 2004 I had an assignment in my public High School to share my favorite song with a copy of the lyrics and why it was our favorite. I showed this song with anxiety thinking I would be made fun of because it was a "Christian band". I shared hiw often times I felt like the odd man out when I pray because it feels like I'm one of the only ones who is a Christian around me. Surprisingly to me people respected what I shared and seemed to like the song. Testament to this bands authenticity and skill.

Here we are in 2023. One of the greatest bands I've heard. You got Sum 41 breaking up after 27yra but this band seemed to break up beforehand. From what I've read, despite most of their songs sounding founded in Christianity, they weren't wanting to be labeled a "Christian rock band". I heard them 1st in a Christian youth group & it was SO empowering! I fear this was low key an early breakup because the want/fear of breaking into mainstream caused separation. Either way, It's never too late to bring a comeback & times have changed! It's a new day and an inviting day for a resurrection! I can only hope this comment makes it to them & that we get some good music back! ❤

I swear I teleported back to my teen years!! That youthful rage and rebellion is still deep inside even now on my late twenties. They don’t make music like this no more that is written with the soul.

I'm so glad I refound these guys! I always remembered this dudes voice because of the song bring me to life by evanescence. not many people knew that he was the male vocalist in it. I always knew in my heart but only recently confirmed it for my self in an effort to find this band again. I could not remember there name to save the life of me. I'm so glad I found them again. I used to Jam these guys non stop. I will be doing it again

I ran across a vidoe of two young boys fighting in school. And this song was playing. It crushed my heart to see the fight. Being young is so hard. Trying to find oneself and dealing with grind of everyday life. Pray for our youth. They have to deal with much much more than I ever did. Needless to say a fight video bought me here. Never heard it before. It's a beautiful song

@@GREG_Khar-NÜ-Metalhead2000 Yeah it was. You could do a lot more outside of the house back then when people weren't so addicted to internet. I used to go to the mall a lot back around that time when it still had places like Warner Bros Studio Store, Tilt Arcade, Disney Store, Suncoast Video, etc... Also renting VHS was still relevant. I remember going to Hollywood Video for movies as well as some of the VHS rental stations at my local supermarkets. Television-wise I'd be watching the old Cartoon Network or WWF Wrestling. Sometimes I'd pop in some VHS movies like Mouse Hunt or one of my old Scooby-Doo tapes. Not to mention the music at the time (for me anyways) which consisted of mostly alt rock, nu-metal, grungy rock, etc... Foo Fighters bring back lots of nostalgia for 2000-01. In a way I miss living back then
