Our 1994 Ski-Doo Mach 1 670cc powered go kart is almost complete! This has to be one of the craziest snowmobile powered go karts on KZbin. This 125 horsepower 2 stroke go kart spins the tires easily on our oval dirt track, and its easily geared for 80 or more miles per hour. The snowmobile this engine came off of had a 150MPH speedometer, so this might be a 100+ MPH go kart if we find a good stretch of road! This snowmobile powered go kart might de throne the Ducarti 900cc Ducati powered go kart as our fastest accelerating go kart!
Thanks for Watching!

Guys this cart is really exciting , I mean I'm thousands of miles away and I feel that exsaust note harmonizing with my heart, it's definitely another winner . Amazing content guys !!! The bombardier is used alot by microlight aircraft builders , it has a great reputation for being reliable and powerful, A friend owned a bantam two seater , the exsaust was the same , I believe these exsausts are like this for a backpressure issue , hang guys this is the best thing about this cart !!! That sound has me still excited . Not to mention the camera footage.. it's loud but hay guys doesn't that sound remind you of the older formula one racing cars. I love it .. I really loovvvee it alot 😳❤️

Anything you guys do with Skidoo engines makes me smile. With old Skidoo's, they always start better with a primer pump. If you put one of those on there, your shoulders will thank you.

Love the old 670. Had a lynx(back then only sold in scandinavia) with this engine and it was a beast. Keeping up with the 800cc sleds. Lots of comments about a primer pump and i second that. Once you learn what it needs its a one pull start every time. A solid belt guard is a must. You dont want to get slapped by the belt at 9k rpm.

Those rotax snowmobile engines with the primer can be quite temperamental when cold. Often would require additional primes after they were started until the combustion chambers warmed up a bit. Would probably wise to install an factory style primer for ease of starting when cold and so you don’t have an air leak in the carb boots

A properly tuned snowmobile engine is a mobile orchestra all on its' own. There's two massive hay fields just outside my house with a main road going through them and when we have a good snow fall you can hear the snowmobilers outside ripping it up on the weekend. You go and look to see where they are only to find out they're about three or four miles away from you. That's how far the sound of these things travel. Especially when you get into a field surrounded by trees like John's track is. It just becomes a big echo chamber and travels outward. If the average twin gets you excited you should find yourselves a triple, they sound even better. :)
