I Just have my moddified head fitted. Had a tuning session this evening, engine runs oh so sweet now. You can definitely feel the extra torque, very happy!

Have you tried a dimmer switch on die grinder or has 'The Nanny State' taken them off the market unless your a licensed electrician? Have you tried radiused edges on valves? What was the seat cutter, only ever seen SERDI with that type of cutter, that looked like a clone?

Yes used to use one, but modern speed controller units are much better with pulse width modulation.

This is a newen 3Dcutter system. All exhaust valve edges should be radiused before fitting. That’s standard practice
