things to note about the little mac buffs: 1. He got some of his smash 4 kill confirms back. Up-tilt to Up-B now is a true confirm again and d-tilt to up-b, which already existed before and in smash 4, now kills earlier thanks to up-b buff. 2. He got a new confirm in the form of backwards up-tilt to KO punch thanks to the up-tilt hitstun buff.

All these characters needed buffs, but the fact that Lucario got buffed more than Incineroar really kind of drives home to me that Nintendo's back room is not great at balancing
