Good points. I would also like to add based on your #11 don’t over spray perfume since people nearby may be allergic to the strong smell.

Wow some of these tips gives my mind at rest. Growing up I used to feel embarrassed to act or do some of these things, from not exposing bones when eating, I rather cover them with tissue, how chew and drinking water not allowing person next to me hearing me chew or swallowing something , I used to think there was something wrong with me & till this day I don't practice them, now I realized I was born that way & absolutely nothing wrong with me. Thankfully. I love Lessons like this one, very delighted. Thanks lady V ❤🙏. Very educative useful tips . Have a blessed week 🙏

Okay, this has helped me. I’m a woman and I’ve done a few of those things, especially using my speaker phone. I didn’t think anything was wrong with it, but I guess there is. I will keep all of these in mind 👍

The speaker phone conversation is the worst!! I don't want to hear someone's conversation and it is an invasion of privacy.

Thanks to watching and putting into practice things that you discuss within your videos, I can see how different I'm treated from other women who might be in the same space. "You dress how you want to be addressed" stays with me daily. The level up journey I'm on is definitely paying off. Thank you!!!

Or, another reason why perhaps you ought to take people off speakerphone is because not only is your personal information being slung around for anyone to hear, but so is that other person's business and they're just telling you that information not people in pubs and shops. Imagine telling your best friend some things you vented out of your chest just to realise it wasn't between you two and their brother or mother heard. It's a violation of your friends trust

I would never push my way into a queue. If I have to wait, so do they no matter how impatient they are. That rule just applies to impatient people, though. Some people are incredibly straightforward and a lot of people think they are rude but if someone said can you let me go first I've got to catch a bus, I've got to pick my kids up from school - I probably would. I wouldn't be someone to cause a scene if someone pushed past me but I'd be eyeballing the back of their head but I would stand taking up space so no one could cut around me holding my trolley out to the one side so it would be difficult for someone to barge me out the way.

Real Question: Who are you being eloquent for? Do you WANT to be like this? Does it feel natural? What is the purpose? I understand having some level of manners for professional reasons, but I feel at some point it may go against who you are if you are being authentic. It's like playing a character constantly. Asking out of genuine curiosity, not to be rude. Please keep comments informative, I would appreciate the honest answers .
