At the same time, I believe that after using the toilet , should wash their hands. So, could the single-occupancy toilet on the second floor be changed to incorporate a washbasin with the toilet?

Nice house but the floor plan to me is very chopped up with a lot of wasted redundancy and I don’t know anyone that would want full glass doors 🚪 on everything 8:35

1:12 I noticed that on the second floor, there are two bathrooms. Is it possible to change it so that the larger one has a bathtub and the smaller one has a shower? This would make better use of the space. Actually, I see the whole style is more towards showers, but having a spacious bathtub might also be a nice option.
