It really depends. I personally like longer ropes, but you’ll find a lot of other jump ropers who prefer shorter ropes since you can get more speed and makes some tricks easier

How many ropes did you get through. Bloody concrete always ends up snapping my rope in the middle after a while.

Quite a few… 😁 It’s best to use a mat if you are jumping outside, or use a leather rope since they don’t really wear out on concrete The rope I was using here was very cheap so I didn’t mind if went through a few of them

Yes it’s okay to jump every day ( I jump 6 days a week with 1 day rest) Jump rope will make you lose fat and get you shredded, but it won’t build you a muscular physique, so I recommend lifting weights as well if your looking to build muscle… hope that helps 👍

Weight lifting as well as a good diet… jump rope will definitely help but you need to be lifting at least twice a week and watching your diet in order to get a lean physique

More ankles than shins… and yea, I don’t advise jumping on concrete if you have issues with your shins, definitely better to use a mat!

I do weight lifting, kickboxing and jump rope If you don’t want to lift weights, then doing push ups, pull ups, and squats as well as jump rope should be fine bro!

At first I did about 5 mins per day… once I started to get better I did 30 mins a day, and did 10 sets of 3 minutes ( 3 mins of jump rope, then I rest for 1 minute and continue on with the rest of sets) And I also lift weights about 4 days per week for about 40 minutes each session Hope that helps 👍💪
