I love the wraparound porches. I'd rather have two bedrooms and utilize that extra space for the living area. Do people really want open shelves in the kitchen? It's a lighter, cleaner look, but just not practical for my mix-matched dishes.

Nope.. hate shelves for dishes in the kitchen. I don't want dust and flies landing on my dishes, plus l don't like the messiness of how it looks stacking and piling things into cupboards 😂 it's cupboard doors for me!

LOVE IT! But the living room is too small. I could sacrifice the right corner of the porch (front & side) to make it bigger and add a gas fireplace. Make the access to the porch at the master bedroom only through it. (private porch) As for the garage.... EXTRA BONUS POINTS!!! i need a garage. Just install 2 doors instead of one big one. 😉👍

The master is way too small to house a large king-size bed, but l love that bathroom! The kitcken and living area are also way too small, and the kitchen has no cabnets or walk-in pantry but for one single cabinet! I absolutely love the huge porches that are great for spending quality outdoor time with family and friends and keeping you out of the elements!

Beautiful design, love the wraparound porch, but how are the curtain rods installed through the beams? I'd prefer no beams. Also, why are there no vents for air and heat, no fans, nor drainage holes in the showers? Transit windows in the bathroom preferable for privacy. Otherwise 👍

Nice design except you either need more kitchen cupboards or a pantry in the kitchen because there isn’t enough storage. Also you need a better front entryway as most guests don’t enter via the garage but the front.

Perfect 3 bedrooms for a dedicated office. Put a penthouse sauna upper floor deck on roof with bbq and seating, an overhead pavilion to block the sun. A hammock, gas fireplace for entertaining. Possibly a small bed chaise for taking an afternoon nap, possibly enclosed with a screen window for a breeze. .

I would make this home a 2 bedroom home with the master bedroom. A big walk in closet for the third room. I would want my bedroom closer to the garage. I would have put this home in different. What a shame, the outside looks lovely but inside is cold and clinical. The kitchen and lounge is homely but the rest is not. Why would you not put a wood burning stove in though.

Enormous porches for outdoor living, but no place for coats and footwear inside the main entrance. The master bathroom is much too large, and closet access is only via the bathroom. The brickwork around the kitchen stove is definitely not my taste.
