The muscle snatch is an amazing exercise! It can be done by someone training at home with iron plates; this along with heavy snatch pulls can build respectable strength for someone who wants to compete or simply stay strong! Do you also start your snatch sessions with muscle snatches? I wish I too could train in a proper weightlifting club! Happy lifting! Awesome content, as always. Kudos!

It's funny because the best arm wrestler in the world today is also Georgian, KZbin him Levan Saginashvili or Georgian hulk, he's like lasha but bigger and more intense he should actually get into weight lifting or Levan in arm wrestling lol be interesting to see. All those who actually are into WAL but are fukcin watching weight lifting lol all I gotta say is yes John brzenk will always be the goat while Dennis cyplenkov is the Russian Hulk who needs to pull Levan, and can't forget Devon laratt who should be Pulling former Olympic lifter Dmitry klokov. Pulling is all technique & power, but ofcourse within the catagory you compete.

This is just an observation but after having listened to the interview of Papandrea and hearing how corrupt weightlifting is. Been that way for a long time. It seems odd that Talakhadze is held in such high regard when he himself served a suspension. People cant be so naive and think he is clean now. Then the show is finished with a picture of Kurlovich who was arrested for hauling drugs through an airport. Just seems weird to me but I guess nobody cares about cheaters and they in fact look up to them. If everybody is cheating it doesnt make for a level playing field it just means everybody is a cheater. Sad world.
@NONO-hz4vo4 жыл бұрын
You make a good point. It is just hard to ignore how incredible Lasha is even with the drugs. If I remember correctly there isn't a single record set in the last 60 years that wasn't by an athlete who had at least 1 positive test. (on the men's side) So in this sense all of them are competing with drugs. What is unfortunate is those who are tying to compete honestly and find that there is simply no way you can overcome the deficit.
@SuperOlds884 жыл бұрын
@@NONO-hz4vo Right and that's the problem with all sports. People say someone like Lasha trains harder so he deserves his results, he trains harder because drugs allow him to train harder, big difference. We would all train harder if we had the ability to recover like cheaters do. I respect peoples admiration of these inhuman results but what's wrong with lesser results that can be achieved without cheating? Then the person who trains harder or smarter truly does deserve it. I know there are genetics and body types that lend itself toward an athletes results but at least those are normal, I dont fault the athlete for being born with an advantage the is natural. I myself dont Lasha would ever have been heard from again if he didnt continue to cheat, at least no where's near the level he was at before. It's clear these athletes dont have to worry a bit about testing when everybody involved in governing the sport is cheating also. It's a sad state of affairs.

@@SuperOlds88 if the end is to get up more weight, everybody will use, between some limits, all in their hands to reach it. The one who put the limits or point who is in rule/out of rule and the one who decide to accept that un participate in that, make the rules. You can also consider whichever form of no natural meal like cheating, and you enter in the game of who put the limits und who accept it. I think there is not discussion for who are already inside this auto-created rules or it would be always a discussion of there who are out of this and would like another rules... But that fully depends of who agree with your limits and rules and so is going to play that game und who doesn't. No end discussion. My point is that there is not an objective limit between natural/ artificial that would not be debatable. And we always have an example (straw man fallacy kind) but the real problems reside between the limits in finer matters.
