I have a monitor similar to this at work and the bezel-less 3 sides doesn't make any difference when you have black bars on those 3 sides the same size as bezels. What's the point of no bezels if it still doesn't have picture going to the actual edges?

I have this monitor, it's the best TN panel I've ever seen, HDR is low end but still nice in supported games. For a TN panel the viewing angles and color are excellent, response time and motion are also really fast and smooth. Freesync works flawlessly even down to 30 fps. It's a nice monitor.

3:16 Bro, your water-cooler radiator is mounted the wrong way 😂...according to Gamers Nexus. You need the pipes on the bottom to avoid bubbles going up there and making noise, or worse, getting them in your pump. With time and evaporation you will have huge gaps in liquid and all that empty space if it gather's up in your pump it will be a huge dead zone that could break ur pump.

So the flickering I believe is caused by using freesync with an Nvidia card and the monitor not being directly supported by gsync. I've only run into the flicker on freesync monitors that weren't confirmed to work with Nvidia cards. Any monitor that was specifically listed to be compatible I've not had an issue with

@@tsorakin I doubt it is. The list is not very large but a quick Google search will take you to the Nvidia page that lists them. I will say just bc a monitor isn't on the list that doesn't mean that the flickering will happen. I have a 34 in 1440p 144hz ultrawide as my main and that one doesn't flicker when freesync is on and it's not on the list. I have a 27inch Samsung 1440p 144hz that has freesync and that one will flicker in some games and isn't on the list. If you're not specifically trying to game at over 60hz I wouldn't worry about it. Freesync and gsync should really only be used if your monitor is high refresh rate but your system can't push whatever game you're playing at that fps.

Arman Talwar ahhh, but if you pay attention to the video and the orientation of his aio, you would note that the pump is lower than the tallest part of the radiator , not affecting cooling, and the most air accumulation will be in the rad. Yes bottom mounted tubes would relieve him of the ‘bubbling’ sound he probably suffers from. Also note we don’t know the amount of liquid to air standards that lian li has compared with the rest of the aio’s hinted at in the mentioned video.

They look like the Corsair Virtuoso, DO NOT GET THEM. I regret paying almost $200 for them. They are not great for the price and you can get much better for much cheaper. 2 different pairs had the right swivel hinge break in less than a week.

The reason why ips is more expensive is because it’s more color accurate and used for professional work like photo and video editing. TN and VA panels are typically cheaper because they are not as color accurate. However, if you just play games I’d recommend a VA panel as it is close to ips in terms of color (whereas TN is utter trash). IPS’s at high refresh rates are more expensive than similarly speced TN and VA. And that’s bc the technology to push both the colors, resolution, and higher refresh rates is still relatively new technology. But generally the VA panel of this monitor being shown here will be less color accurate than a typical IPS (also fun fact, The IPS name is owned by LG, so any monitor claiming to be called an IPS is supposed to have an LG panel)

Freesync works with both nvidia and amd cards just for nvidia cards you need to go into the control panel and activate gsync for it to work.

@@meerkat_near Oh so it has a Gsync mode you have to enable? Because it was only recently that Nvidia approved compatibility with Gsync with FreeSync monitors of specific models that Nvidia had tested. Gsync is not compatible with ALL Freesync monitors.

@@fragalot you turn on free sync on in your monitor setting but in order for your graphics card to work with the freesync the g sync option has to be enabled for free sync to work. If your monitor isnt supported it doesnt mean it doesnt work its just that it hasnt been rigorously tested by nvidia. I have a dell free sync monitor that hasn't been tested and authenticated by nvidia but i have no issues or graphics problems using it. If you turn off the free sync option in your monitor setting you will notice that the g sync option in control panel will disappear.

That's a blue light issue. If your monitor is older it probably doesn't have a filter for blue light like most today. You can buy a cheap pair of glasses for that. They well only filter the harmful blue light that causes eye strain

Ive owned the px 275 for a year (ips 95hz 2k) bought the px329 this year for my 2nd build (VA 165hz 2k) got them both for 300$ honestly love them both but the reason i skipped this one is because while higher refresh is nice damn do i prefer (IPS >>VA > TN) color and thats basically the decision to make. (color vs hz) this pixio is nice but its tied with the slightly bigger slightly faster hz 329 so its a toss up if you prefer the screen size tbh.

I got a dell alienware 27in, 240hz IPS for $330 a far nicer deal. Dell sales it at lower price once a year every year online but takes 3 months for them to build and ship. It's normally like $500. I paid $30 more and got a lot more.

@@oscarbaum68362k by 1080 no real gamer uses 4k unless they are outrageously rich because you would need 4 2080ti's to make use of a 4k screen with 240hz for hardcore gaming and even then I see people who have just that only get 180hz. 4k 240hz IPS is the ideal monitor and the 3090 card maybe able to do it even if it take 4 cards. Now it's unrealistic for mire 99% of people and when 3090 card comes out it will still be unrealistic for most player's.
