Thank you for sharing as I consume dates I never get starving even 2 days on duty at work I just eat 3 pcs of dates I keep drinking water and I lost weight too..lately I got muscle cramps but since I consuming dates the cramps gone....proven and tested try now and you will benefits on it.. I have been eating dates for many years, I bake fruitcake regularly. My existing problem is Constipation for many years. Should I cook the dates in water, I'll try it & see if it works. Thanks a lot & God Bless to all of you!!!

Such a little fruit but perfect fr blood sugar balancing, minerals, electrolytes as potassium magnesium, sudden energy boosting, polyphenol so acts well in case of no caffeine times, etc n such a 2 little fruit dates help these way so even ppl who cant eat much they can consume 2 little date fruits easily.

Can this information help a woman who in there 80's that has had an hetrectomy many yrs ago and now suffers with the condition of constant spine disorder (curvature of the spine) were she is stooped forward all the time and can not sit up properly

Agree 100%. I avoid fruits too high in sugar. Fructose even if it's from a natural source is more dangerous than (excess) glucose.
